The absolute best burgers in Indianapolis. Ive been looking for a good burger place for years and have never really been impressed. Finally I tried Red Robin a few months back and it immediately became one of my favorite restaurants. They have about 15 different creative burgers, alongside the usual good ole American classic Hamburger and Cheeseburger. You will never get tired of the "same old" burger no matter how many times you come. But, if you do feel like something different, they have lots of other kinds of sandwiches as well (Ive never tried any of them, but I have tried almost every single burger on the menu, and most of them are absolutely delicious). Another neat thing is that you get unlimited french fries. Eat the fries first and then ask for more, then eat your burger and in a few minutes, youll have another basket of fries hot and ready. They server beer too (in case you needed another reason to go). Spectacular.

Red Robin has managed to make a burger lover dislike their burgers time and time again. I have been highly dissatisfied with the way corporate has changed the quality of the food and the way service is delt. Our waitress today took our orders and screwed up all of them and left us shoved in a corner awaiting her return. A half hour later we had finished our substandard food and waited for her to get the check where she had forgotten to refill our sides for the whole time we had asked. She later rudely handed us our receipt after it didnt print from the table and shoved us on our way. She wasnt having a bad day as she helped all other tables many times over before returning to us. I was not impressed and this just solidified my dissatisfaction with red Robin after giving it many second chances. Not impressed. $44 for 3 adults for lunch last time I return to any location.

Service was great through out dinner but as we started to leave, I thought I lost my phone. I retraced my steps with no luck before asking if an iPhone had been returned. Everyone said no but the manager, Marty, offered to let me use her phone to use the find my iPhone app. It was then found in my car but when I went to start my car, my battery was completely dead. I called for help and as we were waiting, Marty came outside asking if everything was okay, or if we needed a jump. Above and beyond the usual customer service! Eating with a 4 and 1 year old is usually a stressful experience, but they made it the perfect dinner. Definitely will be returning.

Whats not to love about Red Robin? Great service and food! Its nice to see theyre able to adapt to the changes in the burger industry. I havent been inside a RR since last summer so it was refreshing to see new burger options, appetizers, and a new menu. All my favorites were still around too which is always a bonus. Our server was friendly and efficient. She answered all our questions and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely cant go wrong with bottomless fries!!!

Wasnt overly impressed. Its got cool decor, and pretty clean. My son got gArlic fries and they were disgusting! When we told the waitress this she told use we must not like garlic...excuse me??? We LOVE gArlic but it was the butter it was mixed with that was chemical tasting. Best part was the tiny amount of "endless steak fries" they bring out. Over priced 60$ plus tip for lunch 3 adults one kid. Needless to say it was our first and last visit!

Normally decent service, but the last time I went here I ordered two side Caesar salads to go and when I got home and looked at them they had literally given me two stalks of lettuce with cheese sprinkled on top. No exaggeration here. The fact that there was cheese on top means someone clearly saw what was in the box. Ive ordered these salads before and they have never been like this. I did not drive to pay $12 to cut up my own salad.

Banzai Burger!! The food here was/is AMAZING! The greeters were very welcoming and NICE, especially Caleb:) The waitress (Kasey) was just as great, QUICK and KIND. NEVER ran low on drinks and the fries just kept coming! Red was SUPER fun and ENERGETIC (he taught me how to dougie). By far my FAVORITE restaurant, I cant wait to go back again:)!!

Second time with a half empty place that the charming server told us they were out of silverware. We had our food nearly 15 minutes without it. Food was good, drinks finally served about the time of food per requested (which seems to be something they struggle over) but my portion size for an entree was really small especially for the price.

Just had a bad experience at this restaurant. Got seated right away, then waited for 20 minutes in the booth without even a offer to get us something to drink. I realize it was Friday evening but as tables were leaving still no-one ever acknowledged us until we got up to leave. We left and went to another restaurant.

My grilled chicken and fruit salad was delicious! My husband and son both said their burgers (cheeseburger & mushroom burger) was just a burger like any other place; not impressed. They ran out of fruit salad so waited well over 30 min...it was "bottomless". Weve never been impressed with their promptness.

12 dollars for a burger? Are you out of your mind Red Robin? Granted, the portions are very large, but I could find a burger equally good for alot less money at Steak and Shake. I think Red Robin is exploiting the fact that Clay Terrace is an upscale area and that its customers will tend to have money.

If I could rate above a 5, I definitely would! This place has the best food, and absolutely amazing lemonade! :) Our server was extremely attentive, and the best Ive ever seen personally. I just wish we couldve given a bigger tip. I will definitely be returning here. 11/10 would highly recommend! :D

30 bucks down the drain, what a ripoff. It tasted like they put hamburger grease at the bottom of my mile high pie. They also forgot to add whip cream and a cherry on top of it. The food was overly priced and the burgers arent all that great either. I will not be coming back here again.

I liked this place plus I am a burger lover, the pinion rings omg. Was so good we had to order to servings of it. Server was nice and food was fast didnt have to wait to long. Kinda wish they had more to offer besides burgers and salads. But over all good.

Good food all around, from the appetizers to entrees to dessert. I enjoyed every bite I had, burger was cooked to perfection, just make sure you come with an appetite. Service was timely and friendly, always a great addition to a great meal

Took 45 Minutes to get food. Fries were cold. Server didnt check back about extra fries or sides until we were done. They did comp our sandwiches and apologized profusely. Weve been here many times and this is unusual, but still really bad.

The food took a very long time to get to us. The portion of fries was very small. My 0late had grease dripped all over it. Was not very appetizing. The value of food to price gas gone down for Red Robin as a whole. Said to see.
