We went here with the kids for a family dinner tonight. We were told there would be a wait. There were more than six empty tables in the restaurant and yet somehow we had to stand there with four kids while the staff seemed unconcerned. How hard is it to push some tables together in a mostly empty restaurant? We werent even offered drinks or menus to look at. We walked out and went to roscoes instead. So disappointed by the service- ill be going to Beefcake burgers or the Stacked Pickle next time. UPDATE: I wrote about my experience on yelp and the owner rudely accused me of lying. So classeless. I was actually sent a compliment on Yelp from a reviewer who was at the resturant and witnessed the poor service that said: "I was there too. You guys waited forever I wont go back. We were thinking about leaving even before we got our food it was so bad :(" So I would say if a total stranger can see that there was a failure and feels the need to reach out to me about it, that backs up the validity of my complaint. Rather than apologizing an offering to rectify the poor experience there is snark and defensiveness. So unprofessional and I have many friends who have had similar experiences. Since the owner believes my experience is dishonest and invalid, I will now be inviting all of them to voice their terrible experiences so this businesses rating can be true to what it deserves and no other diners are subjected to ruined evenings on account of this disrespectful and unconcerned business owner.

My favorite place to get a burger. Especially one that is unique. Theres a whole list of homemade creations and Im working my way through them all. Their tots are amazing as well, which is great because i prefer tots over fries any day. There is literally nothing negative that I could say about this place. The staff? Kind, polite, engaging. Its a real pleasure to be in their presence. They dont make you feel like youre being rushed out the door. They treat everyone that comes in the door like family. Im actually saddened that none of them are part of my family. The owners are awesome. Upbeat and enthusiastic. They truly care about your experience at their restaurant. All around awesome place. I would give it 6 stars if I could. The food is outstanding, as are the owners and staff.

Ive only been here once and it wasnt bad... but it wasnt amazingly awesome either. We decided to try this place as it was something new and something local. The night we were there, besides a group of middle aged guys sitting around a table we were the only ones there. Our server was nice, and took good care of us. I had the pulled pork and felt that the portions were a little on the small side. The food itself wasnt all that impressive. Maybe its because Im a mild kinda sauce guy and the better stuff people say is always the spicy but cant forget about us boring folks. I would say that the prices are reasonable and would be amazing of there was just more food! Its been awhile since Ive been there, and id go back again.

We were sent here to try the PB&J Burger. Its Pepper Jack, Peanut Butter, Jalepeno, Bacon, and Maple Syrup over a half-pound fresh (not frozen) burger cooked to order. We ordered our burgers cooked medium... and got them medium unlike many restaurants that ignore your request and cook all burgers well-done regardless. The burgers were absolutely delicious and service was excellent! Scott & Tricia make multiple homemade sauces and rubs and those we tasted were great. Beer and wine, including local microbrews, will be available soon. Sides were homemade and tasty too. We will definitely be back!

I took my employees out for lunch there the other day and we had a BABY ROACH in our food. We were told that it was a waterbug and not to be concerned. It was a roach we said. it is not hard to identify one. the owner was not in. We asked to speak with a manager. instead they brought us out new food when we did not want it and made us pay for it. we left our food and walked out. We come from out of town to eat and we expected much much more than this. We will not be back and I am reporting them to the heath department.

Horrible service! Went on my lunch brk (1 hr) got seated quickly but waitress took 10 min to take our order, a table of 3. A table of 2 sat after us and got their food before we did. Food was good, but from being sat to food on our table was a total of 50 min! By the time it came, I was already late getting back to work. I immediately asked for a box and to go drink. The waitress never aplolgized for the wait. Will not be back to eat inside.

As A Man who has a deep love for a great burger, Im glad to have found a place that brings that love consistently to a reality. Every single time I order a burger there, it is always prepared perfectly. The Propietors of the place Scott & Trisha are really nice people and always make me feel at home. I would give it more stars but it wouldnt let me. We drove by several times and it doesnt look like a place that would have good food so we never stopped and one day I felt adventurous so we stopped and wow I had an amazing burger it was called "The mac daddy" and I wanted to go back the next day. I love unique restaurants especially when they have great food and service. Check it out you wont be disappointed. Corey Hayes

The owner of this business incidentally was our waitress and right off the bat was super friendly and joked with us and had a great personality. Our drinks were never empty and she was always around. Near the end my nephews and nieces were looking at the tables wich have board games under the glass and she went over there and spent a good 5 minutes with them. All and all I will definitely be going back.

Love the burgers and service here. Ive visited with family and Ive frequently gotten take out. I usually stay pretty traditional with my burgers but went a little adventurous at my last visit and tried the Hawaii Five-O burger. It was SO GOOD! Id definitely recommend trying any of their unique menu items - you cant go wrong. Also a great beer selection with drink specials.

Very expensive mediocre food. I spent $20 on lunch for myself and got a burger, soda and loaded fries. To add bacon, cheese and ranch to the fries was over $2 extra and only the top layer of fries even had toppings. I was with two other people and we all agree that it is way overpriced for what it is. I do not plan to return. Also, they do not take AMEX.

Had take-out, plus if you go on line to the site you will find some coupons for $4.00 off $20 and so on. Ordered the deep fried hot dog & season fries and the mushroom& Swiss burger w/fries. The place looks small, but has tables to sit, music going and great food. Very clean. Wonderful service and the food was amazing. You have to try it.
