What a welcome addition to the suburbs. The Well Coffeehouse is a warm, inviting location with 3rd wave quality coffee and preparation. The menu include espresso based drinks, single origin pour over options, drip, Kyoto style cold brew, and teas. Light food items and pastry are also available. For this trip, I enjoyed a 1 and 1. This includes a shot of espresso and an 8oz pour over of the same bean. This gives you the opportunity to experience the intensity of espresso and the more mellow extraction of filtered pour over. I had the Ethiopia Limu which was sharp but not overly acidic as espresso. The pour over was well balanced, fruity, with a nice milk body. The space is clean, warm, not overly loud, and abundant on seating options. Large, private-ish rooms are available for groups needing meeting space, tables for small groups or families, as well as counter space with outlets for those that need seclusion and power outlets. Wifi is great, clocking in around 20Mbps. Overall, this cafe is on par with those found in downtown Indy. Coffee quality and preparation is excellent, just dont expect fancy latte art just yet but that will come with time. The equipment is top notch and includes an excellent array of options.

A really sad situation, because weve been here before with better service, but its taken a drastic nose dive since then. The tea was weak, and lukewarm when I in fact ordered an iced tea. Their "solution" was to simply take the existing warm tea, and add ice cubes to it. Since the tea was already very warm, they had to add extra ice, thoroughly watering it down before adding even more ice. Seriously? They couldnt have just dumped out their mistake and remade it? My turkey wrap had more tortilla wrap than actual food in it. It was as if they wanted us to leave. Poor service for already overpriced food. Let this be a lesson to not give gratuitys on Square scanners if having to pay in advance. The consumer should not be pressured into giving a tip in ahead of time when paying for their items before theyve even received service. Theres plenty of other establishments that want our business.

We walked into this place and it was like we were back in Seattle. Its decor is beautiful with a West coast vibe. There are many a hipster to be found here where knit hats and man buns adorned many a head atop necks wrapped in scarves even if it is the dead of Summer. The coffee is delectable and I believe it is free trade. The staff was delightful and answered our many questions about the non profit coffeehouse. Their proceeds go to building wells for those in need. After being told this, we promptly bought two bags of delicious coffee and a fantastic coffee mug. Its a place any coffee snob can truly enjoy.

Went late one evening and it was almost empty. However, I liked the ambiance of the place as it had a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Their menu is straightforward but has some variation. I had the Cuban Coffee and it was very good; not too sweet. They have a collection of board games in the corner that are free to use too.

Loved our experience there today. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff; very unique drink offerings. And I love they arent just about making money; theyre literally making a difference in others lives (see their website, or better yet, go get some great coffee, and ask about it). Wish I lived closer; Id be a regular!

This place is hands down awesome. I visit this place a few times every week. You can grab some food, the coffee is great, and on Fridays you can even get some live music. And the staff are awesome. Its a not for ptofit, owned by two locals. Give back to the community, give back to the world. Next coffee fix, come here!

The Well features excellent coffee with profits going to a good cause...digging wells in developing nations. I have had brewed and pour-over coffees, both top-notch. Staff understand the shops distinctives and are able to explain them winsomely. On the higher end cost-wise, but highly recommend!

Good location. Cool spot. Have conference rooms. Busy. Lots of students after school hours. A little more expensive than Starbucks, but its all unique stuff and proceeds go to a nonprofit that builds wells in Africa I think. Will definitely schedule more meetings here.

The story of Wells is enough to get you there to support their mission and the coffee keeps you coming back. I schedule work meetings here any chance I have. I have noticed a very busy time is between 9-11am so hard to find a table and the acoustics hard to hear.

Walked into this place expecting to taste over/under roasted coffee. But caffeine is caffeine right? Wasnt expecting to taste the complexities that were actually listed on the menu. Fruit notes, hint of cinnamon, etc. as complex as some craft beer. Big fan

A very hip, modern coffee shop that is very popular with the local crowd. They also have muffins and such to accompany coffee. It is usually quite crowded and noisy but I think the patrons like it that way. They have some separate rooms for groups.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our date to The Well. The employees were very patient and took the time to help us order exactly what we would love. The atmosphere is cozy and the drinks were delicious. We will most certainly be returning :)

The coffee is amazing, the service is awesome and the environment is the perfect setting to relax. With busy lives and even more busy season, its a great place to slow down and enjoy the delicious flavor of coffee. 12 thumps up!

Decent coffee, nice location, excellent service and a very good cortado. But there is no need to get any muffins here, they are dry and flavorless. If they can improve their baked goods, this place is easily a five-star spot!

Exceptional coffee and atmosphere. Its surprisingly welcome and cozy for a coffee shop. The flavors in the Cuban espresso are blowing my mind a bit. My wife is loving her hit chocolate as well. Well definitely be coming back.

I like the atmosphere, but the coffee is not as good as I had hoped. Its always crowded inside and street parking can be tricky. Also, I tried to order a flat white here, and they said they dont make those.

Great coffee and great staff, but the location is hard to find. Once you miss it driving on 116th, the lights and medians make it difficult to get back there- but thats the only downside.

They have unique and tasty coffee options. Try The Sass; it’s a season item that includes Mexican coffee and root beer! They have a great environment and a good business philosophy.
