My husband went thru the drive thru and ordered a drink, a slice of lemon pound cake, and a chocolate cake pop. First of all the drive thru attendant needs to stop rushing people. You asked him twice while he was trying to order if that was it. No it is not it if he is still speaking. Then he gets home to realize that you didnt give him the cake pop. I call you guys to let you know and you blow it off like it isnt a big deal. You tell me he ordered it after the fact which is a lie. He ordered it when he ordered the drink and lemon pound cake. You forgot to ring it up which is the reason why you didnt give him the cake pop. It is just frustrating bc he was getting a treat for our 4 year old and he had to tell him you guys forgot to give it to him. Maybe it isnt a big deal to you. Just stop rushing people and maybe you will be able to get the whole order next time.

This is my go to Starbucks for a few reasons. I typically work here when I am going remote for a day. Yeah yeah, Im the guy with the headphones in taking a whole bench just for me. Get over it. The staff here has treated me very well and never bothered me. I return the favor by having at least a few coffees and maybe a hot tea. This location has a Clover machine which is a new / different method for brewing coffee. They offer all their typical roasts as well as their Reserve beans. These are my favorite and always have something new to try. Coffee is like wine, tea, or chocolate where growth location, process method, and roast truely affect the taste profile. Hmmm I think I will go get a cup right now :)

Manager is rude. I asked for my coffee the same way I always do and he informed me that it would be the last time I get it that way. Then when I pointed to one of his staff and said he makes it for me that way. He says" Well he was wrong for doing that". He was right, I havent gotten another one THERE like that! Fortunately most managers understand the importance of keeping customers happy. Your loss not mine!

Apparently they cant duplicate frappe flavors in lattes. This is the first time Ive ever encountered this at a Starbucks which is fine except the cashier heard my order and instead of questioning it or clarifying my order, she marked my order as whatever she thought was right. The placw was decently clean but also not so friendly feeling even before I ordered. Maybe they were having an off day.

This is one of the worst starbucks ive been to. Slow service, rude crew, and they mess up on the register almost every time. And to correct drinks, they do so with attitude. I get the vibe that they employees are always speaking with one another and it feels like an inconvenience to ask for anything. I would not recommend this to anyone

The drive thru girl became visibly madwhen I nicely (swear) asked her to make drink like I usually get it (100xb4). She said I didnt know what drink I ordered. My teenage daughter even thought she "had an attitude." Now Im still thirsty from her reluctantly adding a smidge of water. My 1st SBX review unfortunately.

Wonderful staff!!! Stop here every so often and am never disappointed. Youre always greeted with a smile or a wave. Plus they never mess a drink order up. I drink Starbucks literally every single day, all day. This is by far one of the best in Indiana!!

Horrible drive thru experience first and last time at this location. I had to ask for my drink to be remade three times. The guy even sat and argued with me about my drink. I eventually just gave up and just threw it away. Ill never be back here again.

It seems like it just depends on what team you get. Half of the time the staff is pleasant and makes the order correct, the other half they are rude and tend to either make the drink wrong or forget to include items.

Good as far as Starbucks go. They had some issues with there bathroom doors locking but on the plus side, they had a Clover machine, which is the main reason I find myself in a Starbucks nowadays.
