I eat here rarely because I am pregnant and always traveling to and from Manchester and usually its good , but today I went here craving it and My chili cheese fries were COLD and the cheese on them not even melted!! And they just gave them to me. Im fuming but cant turn around and go back because Im on the road. Never going there again

Whoever said this was the southern version of a White Castle has obviously never eaten a White Castle. The food was hot and it was fresh and served quickly by a very friendly young lady but those Burgers suck. I will never ever eat another Krystals again. They are just not to my liking.

We had a very rude cashier who made us pull up to get hard, old chicken and forgot our fries. When I went back for them, they were thrown in a bag and chucked at me while the cashier was declaring that she gave them to me. They werent hot either.

Easy off/on from interstate for road trips and oddly, their burgers had just the right balance of onions and juicy flavor in the steamed bun. If there is such a thing as a lighter or healthier version of a "slider," this was it!

Good service. But ended up getting hard chicken and not fresh chicken, bread wasnt fresh and the burgers barely had anything on them. Noone should have to pay 3.59 for a shake when theyre filled up no more than a hair half way

Great customer service ....I believe her name was Tracy ...but she had no help and it was change of shift so had to wait on computers for five to ten min but Tracy was super nice a have me free cup of coffee for my wait.....

Dacorey needs to stay up front. He was very nice and talkative to all the customers. Food was good and dining room was spotless and decorated for the 4th. Good job Manchester team!!!
