Really disappointed. We loved BBC when we lived in Btown. Came back for a visit and went there for breakfast. They put less than half the normal amount of cream cheese on our bagels and still charged us the full amount.

We absolutely love this place; delicious, fresh bagels and breakfast sandwiches paired with a good selection of hot coffee. Wait is a bit long sometimes but the workers do a great job of moving things along.

Charged me $13.50 for a bagel with cream cheese and lox and a drink. Saw a worker use handle cash with his gloves on then go back to making bagels without switching gloves. Dont go here.

I always think Im going to try something different when I come in here, but I always end up going for the Lotsa Lox (smoked salmon bagel). A little expensive, but sooo good!

Bagels are very good (beware of the "everything" bagel....its not really an everything bagel, but an every seed bagel, thus less flavor), and salmon smear is delicious!

Machinery in restaurant is so loud that the cashiers couldnt hear my order. Repeated it twice and was then charged $12 for a plain bagel and coffee? What a mess.
