If I could rate a zero i would! The service was awful, after being seated it took almost 10 mins for our waitress, "gigi" to make an appearance and ask what we wanted to drink, this lack of showing up would prove to be a reoccuring theme, throughout are 1 hr and 20 min, long breakfast. After taking our order she disappeared, as i walked to the bathroom i could see our food in the window and figured it would be at the table when i returned, no it wasnt we then had to wait another 5 muns past then for her to make an appearance, asked about our food and she disappeared AGAIN, and our food finally made it to our table after another 5 mins. I let her know our food was fairlt cold and she offeres to microwave it for us, uggghhhh. I then wanted this ordeal to just be over and said we were in a hurry and haf all ready been sitting there for quite some time and we at this point just wanted to eat and leave. She mumbled something about a discount and then disappeared AGAIN! we finally got tired of waiting for our check went to the front to pay, at which time we were told to get the check from our waitress, we told them we couldnt find her and hadnt seen her I a long time.. FINALLY she appeared with our check when they went to look for her and we were told we got a 20% discount for the trouble..at no time did a manager visit our table or speak to us..i do NOT recommend eating here and think it should avoided it at all cost!

I actually have enjoyed going here the last few times. Theyve got a few really good servers who are good at making sure there customers are happy. No matter how good a places food is if service is bad the experience is bad. And im thankful that the service has gotten better because i was almost done with ihop. But Megan B is a fantastic server and the other girl believe her name is krystal are truly good with customer service. I truly appericate my food coming out correct and not cold. I also like when a server doesnt hover but still makes sure there table is good. Seriously Megan has made my whole opioin change. I ask for her everytime i eat there. And she never lets me leave unhappy thanks for that ! I also want to say that the steak omelettes are bomb ! Last thing thats very important to me is if i dont got time to go in and eat and make a to go order i expect it to be right i still pay full price for to go so i dont want half ass service.... So if you guys can could please tighten up on the to go orders. I tip well either way. And Good job Megan B. For making me enjoy ihop again ! And other girl when Megan isnt there.

Just got home from going there and I am irate! Since we got stationed at Eglin we have liked going to this IHOP on the weekends. Never again. My husband has his foot bandaged and had to get stitches late last night/early morning. They took our name and we sat and waited for 20 minutes and they got us and took us to our table. On the way there the waiter stopped my husband and asked him if he had his other shoe. His foot is bandaged and he cant even fit a shoe over it! He then told us that we had to leave then! He literally said "No shirt, no shoes, no service." The couldnt have said anything while we were sitting there waiting? They waited till my husband was hopping over to the table? Its not like he wasnt wearing both shoes, he had the one on that would fit but he couldnt wear the other because HE JUST GOT STITCHES!!!!!!! I understand its "policy" but I guess if youre in a cast or have your foot completely bandaged over dont bother going there if you cant fit a shoe over it!!!!!!

We just left this place and the only reason Im giving it 3 stars is that OUR server Michelle was gave awesome service. EVERYTHING else about our experience was bad. After waiting 7 minutes at the front by the wait to be seated sign...I had to yell out through the EMPTY restaurant aND a server poked her head out of the kitchen to say...very RUDELY. .just sit anywhere...no menus nothing else. She then went back to loudly complaining to the kitchen staff about..well about everything. We watched this extremely poor excuse for a server be rude to the other table beside us and then completely ignore them. Her name was Morgan and she was horrible. If she had brought her lemon faced scowl to my table we would have left immediately. Luckily Michelle gave great service..food was ok...lazily prepared. Would have spoke to manager but none appeared. If you go here ask for...well anyone but Morgan.

So, we came on a Sunday right at noon. Yeah, we were brave taking on the Sunday church rush hour. But we had a hankering for IHOP that we couldnt quelch without stopping by. Our wait time wasnt absurd for two people either. That wasnt the best part. Our waiter, David, was outstanding, very pleasant, and extremely calm and attentive despite how busy the restaraunt was. He has out of this world and unscripted customer service skills that raised the bar. Our needs were met without having to bring them to his attention because he frequently checked on us. Thank you for your outstanding service despite the poor food quality. Ultimately, this rating is due to Davids hospitality. Thanks again. MJ and Dylan.

We visited for breakfast while on vacation, which for this restaurant is their signature meal. However, the pancakes were barely warm and tasted day old. They were terrible! Basically all our food was not hot at all. The egg was not cooked as requested. Bacon was cold. The water and juice had bugs in them. I must say the waitress was very nice, but whoever was cooking needs lessons. And the food needs to be hot when served!! This is just ridiculous for an IHOP. We have visited several and always had fresh hot food even at the busiest times. We will never go back to this one!! Take it from the Gulfport, Ms restaurant, now thats awesome service and food there!!!

we left FWB and decided to try IHOP instead of old trusted Waffle House. Big mistake. took an hour to get our food.male waiter talked our heads off from the start blaming the lack of creamer on a delivery truck.food was cold when it did arrive and he offered to nuke it. whip cream is not the same after nuking. we were short one egg. and he forgot the ketchup and the third item that was returned to recook. we got our own ketchup.we drank enough coffee to be wired for sound,but we continued to be polite. I believe at some point the manager needs to be aware of the service. food was not good.granola on fruit was stale. Camila Klein mng. will get a letter.

We almost didnt go because of the poor reviews, but was recommended by the local Kia dealership. We are VERY glad we did our waitress Sammy-Jo was prompt, courteous, efficient and had a great sense of humor. The decor was good and looked clean. She took our order and was knowledgeable about the menus and the preparation of the foods we asked about. The food arrived quickly and was great. The place didnt have any of the problems the other reviews spoke of, we were very pleased overall I would recommend it to any one and look forward to going back.
