Worst experience Ive ever had. Whenever you go to a Bob Evans you know there is a high probability something will go wrong. We had been to this particular restaurant several times in the past and everything was fine. Monday, Oct. 10 nothing was fine. We had to wait to be seated but we dont really mind that and the wait wasnt too long. The four of us ordered our food. We waited 45 minutes for our food. When they finally brought our meals my father-in-laws meal wasnt prepared correctly. (Hes 85.) The waitress took his food away and the waiting game started again. When it became apparent his food was not going to arrive anytime soon he became angry and left the table. By this time it had been nearly an hour since we had been seated. Then and only then did the Manager, and I use the term loosely, come over to apologize and offer to compensate us for that one item on my FILs plate the had been prepared incorrectly. Gee! We had a.....discussion, and then she decided to knock $20 off our bill. Still, if I could give this place a negative five stars Id do it. Turns out the Manager, waitress, AND cook were all new. Perhaps you think this excuses these problems when in fact, it is another example of poor management on a corporate level. Sort of makes you wonder what might have happened to cause this mass exodus of workers. (There were four other parties around us who suffered a similar fate, by the way.) Enter this place at your own peril.

My wife and I went to dinner at this location this past week and we had a superb time. Our waitress, whose name escapes me, was wonderfully polite and kept close attention on details. She came back to check on us multiple times without being intrusive. All in all a great dining experience. The other moment was as we were leaving, one the managers of this location took the time to help an elderly gentleman to his car and ensuring that he got in safe. All the while talking to him about when hell be coming in next and not if hes "OK" which Im sure he appreciated. That was a special moment as it did take some time but he did not hesitate to help him out and ensure he knew he was a valued guest. I wish I knew the names of these 2 individuals as I believe they are deserving of recognition.

First visit in many years. Restaurant is clean, service fast and friendly, food was very good if a little overly generous in portion. I really liked my chicken fried steak from the value meal. My husband had the farmers choice meal with brioche blueberry french toast. The toast was great but thats a dessert, not a side dish! We actually found the french toast too sweet. Will definitely be back.

Ordered online ... the salad i ordered was not available at the store. I ordered the pot roast hash , like i had many times in the past only to get home and find it was half the regular size but i still paid the same price for it. Sitting at the dinner tanle watching my husband eat since i finished my kid size meal already !

No one even came to seat or greet us. Watched a worker check some customers out. She looked right at me and we diddnt even get a "we will be right with you" or anything. After being the only people standing there for over 5 minutes with no greeting we decided to take our business elsewhere.

We ordered the kids first so they could get it going. 25 min later the kids pancakes were still not ready but our adult meals were, kinda. They tried bringing one kids entree before the other. That went well... Messed up soup. How does that happen? Anyway, do not plan to return.

We go to Bob Evans about 4 times per year and have found this to be a good restaurant. We always enjoy the food. There are times when they have been very busy but I dont recall having a bad experience there. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not only was the service exceptional, but the food was delicious! Our food arrived quickly and was perfectly made. The price was remarkably low and a great value. I would recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE!

Food quality good as usual, service was good also, the Sprite I ordered was off taste due to a lack of syrup. Fortunately it was quickly fixed and a fresh glass and all was good.
