Previously this was a 4/5 star review, but that was before Whataburger decided that it was perfectly ok to not give customers all the food they paid for, not once, but on multiple occasions. Today was the 4th time in a 3 week window where I ordered a #2 or #3 plain and dry whataburger, large fries, medium drink, with a fry on the side, and did not receive a fry on the side despite being CHARGED for it (which is despite using my Whataburger App Reward to get it FOR FREE). This location had a lot going for it which is why I gave it so many chances, but I will never buy from them again.

Im very upset that I called to speck with a manager because some of my food was missing (used the drive through ) and the employee wouldnt let me speck to the manager or take my name down to have them call me back! Told me to just come back and pick up the miss placed food but I told him Im on my way to work I cant come back thats why I want to speak to a manager so maybe tomorrow I can come in.. always check food before leaving!! And I was very nice Because i understand this happens oh well!

This location is the WORST when it comes to service. I do not understand why it takes upwards of 25 minutes for a single order via drive thru, only car in the drive thru and only customer in the whole establishment. This is not the first occasion either, has happened multiple times over the course of several months. Staff is rude, cannot get orders correct, and moves slower than paint drying. Will NOT be coming back to this location and I hope they get shut down!!

My and husband and I stopped here to grab something to eat before heading back. Let me start off by saying the service here is awful!!! We waited 20 mins just to get our food. Cashier lady was running back and forth taking order and running to get to the fries ready. There were some other customers complaining to the manger about the wait, some lady just wanted a refund due to the long wait. They should really hire people if therere short staff.

The place was a lot better when Steve worked there. He kept that place running flawlessly. Since then they have gotten my order wrong on a few occasions or not given me all of my food a few times. I know good help is hard to find but I hope they will improve soon.

Food was OK. We waited about 20+ minutes for our food. A man came in after us and ordered after us and got his food (to go) in about ten minutes. The food was delivered to our table. We moved from a corner booth because it was sticky. Gross.

we went to whattaburger on a unexpected drunken nite, and cindy took our order an brought us our food, she is a great employee, an exceeded our expectations as a fast food worker... we give her five stars for going above and beyond !!!!

the building is the best part bout this whatabuger!!! the cooks or food preparers absolutely suck!!! my taquitos look like they were meant for a kids meal plus cold. not on just one occasion but several!!!! they need help!!!

The only place open at 3am besides waffle house and waffle house does not sell shakes however whataburger does but they shut down their machine at 9pm all night long so no hope for any shake

Food was great even though very busy at midnight. Fries fresh. Drive thru was very pleasant despite the stress. Probably the best fast food option after 11pm. Open 24 hours.
