WOW.... Im down here in Hermitage on 21 August for the eclipse. Ate breakfast here. Food was great and well priced..... But what compelled me to write a review was how super-friendly the staff was and how well (like clockwork!) that behind-the-counter Team worked together. With my job responsibilities, I pay attention to how teams interact not just with those outside (us customers), but also how they interact inside (among each other). Impressively good food and an impressively good work team (at least on THIS morning shift!)

The eggs were way to raw. The workers were arguing with one another in front of sunday morning folks. My server never came by to refill my coffee. I had to ask and then was told to wait while she got some one elses orders and the bacon was hanging off the edge of the rack inside thw cooler..messy and didnt look very safely kept. But the place was clean and the oder was quick when i finally got to order

Fairly clean. Food good as always. But server would have to be one of the worst ever. Upon sitting she walked over to me and had finish her argument with another server before she even spoke to me with an unkind "You know what you want?!" Didnt bring my drink til she bought the food and bill then never saw her again at my table. So sad. First time I ever walk out of any restaurant without tipping.

We sat here for 30 minutes before we got our food that wasnt even hot. My husband and I didnt get refills at all, by the time our food came we had nothing to drink. One of the employees was getting onto another one in front of customers. A lady came in to pick up her to go order and still had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to just be missing items. Very disappointing experience!!

Food was cold then only got half our food n had to ask for the rest and drinks.... servers where rude when they wasnt acting like we where bothering them or on their cell phones.... worst waffle house in the country

Absolutely delicious food and quick service. Clean diner environment and wonderfully unique menu choices. The picture is of the "All the way" hashbrowns which were amazing, along with the unpictured pecan waffles.

I like waffle house, this one however is sub-par. Ordered my eggs over easy, they had to be re-made and they still werent right, I ate them anyway. Had to leave my toast uneaten as the butter hadnt even melted.

Im pregnant, exhausted and didnt know what my taste buds really wanted... The waitress "Tracey" was so sweet and patient with me and my 3 yrs old kiddo. Thanks Tracey for an awesome experience tonight!!

Incorrect order and never got the waffle after we asked about it twice. Gave up and just left without it. The server that we had really just seemed not to care at all and no respect for her job.
