I never leave negative reviews unless it is just that bad! This is place is close and new.. wanted to support. This is my 2nd visit and both times were horrible. I never send food back... This place Im 2 for 2! I thought maybe my first time was a fluke and wanted to give them a second try. Who wants soggy French Toast? One side cooked the other cold and uncooked both times. Ugh! Same thing with the hash browns. Over cooked on one side, not cooked on the other and greasy. This review is for management!! Visit, Dennys Waffle House, or Cracker Barrel and take notes! They got a 2 star instead of a 1 just because they were fast and the people were nice. Maybe thats the problem... slow it down and cook it all the way!

What a joke. Not the full menu at all. They took our order and we waited 45 minutes at an ihop "express" we watched foood pile up at the pickup counter to the point the cooks were asking the people taking the orders at the counter to move it so they could put more up. Then when we asked for our money back they asked us to wait in the back of the line of 15 people to use the same register. They claimed that they were super busy yet people coming in after us ordering to go orders were leaving already. Maybe it id because they just opened but wow. Terrible service and attitudes.

I eat at ihops all the time, I love them. This one is an express so they arent going to have all of the same items that a normal IHOP would have. However, there is a chef at this location, a young male, if you ever get the chance to have him cook for you, you will not regret it. Everything was cooked perfectly and thats something you dont get at most full ihops.

First time eating here since it opened. I ordered a BLT. How can they mess that up? The bread was so burned, I didnt know if it was white or wheat. I asked for un toasted. I got 2 week old stale bread. Not a good first time. I will give them one more try at breakfast!

Great food but they are closed and I just called there and was told new hours they now are open from 6 am to 10 pm what a disappointment. I guess no more I hop for us!!!! Waffle House here we come!!!! So sad!!!!

Employees dont smile, the sweet tea was unsweet, and ultimately wasnt the best experience at all. Also a side of bacon consist of 1 piece and a half...thats it.
