Too many other great places...dont go...waste of our time. Came in town on a Sunday night. Asked if kitchen was open (9:10 pm) They said yes & seated us outside (nice spot). Ordered drinks. Took 15 minutes to get drinks & my 9 oz $14 wine was a 6 oz pour. Approx. 20 customers in the entire restaurant. Ordered & food never came, nor did the waitress. Ordered 2nd drink at bar & paid/tipped bartender (that took 2 minutes...awesome). Finally asked to speak to manager after waiting 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. About 10 minutes later, he came out & said the food was not quite ready yet. Over 1 hour of our lives were wasted after driving all day. He did comp our first 2 drinks. Ate and drank at Hyatt which was perfect. We are laid-back people & not complainers, but enough is enough.

I didnt. This is the 2nd time Ive went to the 4th Street live venue & got crappie service & food. Our burgers were burnt so bad thats all u could taste. My Cajun chicken/shrimp pasta..watery. My drinks $20 & we couldnt even taste the liquor. Our waiter, either didnt like black people or just didnt like us in general, from the moment they seated us we got the impression we were getting on his nerves. First he got our drinks wrong & gave us attitude for asking for them correctly, & when I asked to speak with a manager, he puffed & threw his hands up. All in all this was horrible. Ive been to other TGIFRIDAYS in other states & never had this issue. Needless to say I wont be visiting our location any longer. I love TGIFRIDAYS, I wish we had a better one..

First the lady in the front seemed absolutely annoyed that we chose to eat at this restaurant and took 30 minutes to seat us. The place was practically empty. The food was great but the portion size of our meals was maybe worth half the actual price. Also, the price of a drink seemed far too high. When we were finished it literally took 45 minutes to get our checks and most of the checks were wrong. In all it took well over an hour for us to pay and no discounts were offered nor were any refills for our drinks. I will never return to this location which is sad for a restaurant located on 4th st. Live!

Do not order Endless Apps!!! They came out cold and 40 minutes after we ordered. Our kids food was at least hot and tasted good. One ordered the chicken tenders and the other got the Parmesan crusted chicken with mac and cheese and tomato salad. Our server was only seen 2 times during our 1 hour and 20 minute visit. If it werent for 2 other servers helping out we wouldnt have gotten refills on our apps or even our check. We couldnt even get to speak to a manager. Very poor service! Not happy with this trip.

So far weve been here 45 minutes. Took 25 minutes to get a $10 order of wings, there were only 6 wings. The salad arrives after the entree and we ordered our meals when we ordered the wings. If the place was packed it would be acceptable; however, there are only three other tables, (table of 3 afternoon two tables of 2). Had to ask our server for plates and silverware after our app arrived and she came to our table two times after. Im thinking discount

Service was terrible. Brian kept saying he would be back to take our order several times. Finally got around to taking our order. Both of our orders came out wrong and had to be sent back. Manager finally brought out correct order. I had to get our own silverware. Then to top it off he dropped the dishes and dumped ranch dressing all over my purse, pants, and shoes. No apology either. Needless to say, I will never go back.

Went and ate there and ordered the sampler, got the first round of chicken wings was not done and greasy said something to waitress and she act like it was okay, then everything else was soaked in grease made me actually sick said something to manager and his comment was what do you want me to do,terrible wouldnt recommend the downtown on 4th street live to anyone just terrible

Hi, I hadnt been to TGI Fridays in quite some time but remember they had such good potato skins as an appetizer. How times have changed...they were terrible and sent back. The chicken in my entree was tough. Dont plan to go back anytime soon unless to get my free dessert from signing up for their app. Our server seemed to be rushing us. Very disappointing.

Took about 15 minutes to find a table with the restaurant being empty. Service was really bad, I asked the waitress for a refill, came 25 minutes later with a jar. Told her the ice had melted and she still refilled it in the same cup. The medium-well ribeye I ordered came almost raw and the ribs were burned. Horrible experience. Without mentioning super pricy.

I was having a great experience until I went to use the restroom and found an umbrella at table. Grab the umbrella to turn into the front desk after using the restroom while approached by a manger or someone, who was questioning me about it and threatened to call the 4th street police. Sorry I tired to be a Good Samaritan and turn in a 5 dollar umbrella

Rob was our waiter.He accidentally spilled a drink on my friend, went all over her pants into her shoe. He stilled charged her for her drink but, he bought a replacement. That made no sense! He nor the manager would comp her drink or her appetizer. But, did give her a coupon for a free appetizer on her next visit.

We had a group of about 20. Called about an hour before to make a reservation and they said it was totally okay. We got there and were told it would be about and hour wait, after we had already made a reservation an hour before that. Staff wasnt very nice about it, didnt seem apologetic at all. Do not recommend.

The food here is good. Its standard TGI Fridays food that you can expect anywhere else. The staff wasnt as friendly as they could be though. Be friendlier and more engaging with guests and get more tips! We ended up here because the bar down the block apparently wasnt serving food past midnight.

I really loved the old Fridays... This over priced, mediocre at best food trap is just a tourist spot for 4th street live. Unfortunately they have nixed all specials so they can keep it simple for the hotel guests nearby. I am really saddened by this place :(

My coworkers and I went to lunch there today, and within an hour of getting back three of us were in the rest room vomiting. We talked to another coworker who had gone earlier in the day and he had gotten sick from it too. Stay away from this place!

I had the all you can eat apps, and all the apps tasted like they was in the freezer for six months and they warmed them up in the microwave. Only they good about the last visit was that we had a funny server, Im will never return there again.

I have had a much better experience at other locations. The hostess took a long time to get to us and made inappropriate jokes and the server was semi competent however she wasnt very astute. The food was great however. Good food, bad service.
