We finally gave this place a shot since we read many good reviews and our family had no complaints. We went in today around 2:00 and it wasnt busy at all. We ordered our food to go and from the looks of the place figured it would be great..but we were very wrong. Although the burrito suiza was huge and nicely packed with all the trimmings the mild salsa on other hand was so salty we couldnt even eat it. The chips were as salty as the mild salsa. Gross. On top of that I love cilantro, but between the massive salt and the over abundance of cilantro I would not recommend the salsa at all. Such a let down. My boyfriend got a torta which he said was good, but also ordered the al pastor taco..his same two choices every place we go..yet all he got was non seasoned pork sour cream and cheese. Obviously that is not al pastor what so ever. On top he said his horchata was nothing to brag about. We drove 20 minutes to this place and paid way more than any other place. 35 bucks for the most saltiest crap ever. I would not recommend wasting another buck here. Such a shame because we love mexican food and are always willing to check a place out more than once..not this joint. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

My husband and I went to Los Arcos last week because we really wanted to have some margaritas. It was kinda busy. We couldnt remember if we were supposed to seat ourselves or not so we lingered by the door for a few minutes (very small place). No one ever said anything so we went to go sit down somewhere. I work in a restaurant so I understand when its busy. But we waited for 15 minutes, servers had been walking all around the place. No one ever greeted us at any point, or let us know that they were busy and would be back with us. No one ever got us water, or menus. We tried to get a servers attention, we were ignored. On top of everything and they just stared at us when we decided to get up and leave. Completely turned off and wont be visiting Los Arcos again.

I just got done eating and I wasnt very happy with my food. My flour tortillas were either old or reheated. I asked to order a torta dinner. They didnt sell the dinner so I bought rice and beans on the side. When I got home the torta, the rice and the brand were all in the same container like a dinner. My bill was 23 dollars. This was for a torta, side order if rice and beans, 3 taco dinner and two single tacos. The prices werent what would keep me away. They do say that you can do it right a hundred times and the customer only remembers the 1 bad time. The girls working were very friendly. My rating of 3 includes an additional point for the person taking my order speaking perfect English and minus 1 for my sketchy tortillas.

Placed a order over the phone for pick up, steak burrito meal and a chicken quesadilla. Lets start out talking about the steak burrito the shell was tough like rubber, the steak meat was hard as rocks and being a person who can cook i believe it was someone order from yesterday and just reheated and sold it to me. On the quesadilla that had a tough shell with cold chicken stuffed in it. That was the worst $24.00 i ever spent in my life the only thing good out my order was the fudge cake and the pico de gallo. My opinion if you want good Mexican food Los Arcos Mexican grill in woodridge is not the place to go. Not at all.

Every time I order online they miss something on my order. I payed extra money for the guacamole and I did not get it also there was ingredients missing inside the burrito, just shows how much they are trying to steal out of your pocket by not putting what you order also when I called and told them what happened they said next time to check my food, are you f**cking kidding me ? I have to open my burrito to make sure you put the guacamole I paid $3 extra for ? This place is a joke, save your money and go elsewhere!

Service was horrible. Waitress was not to be found for most of our meal. She still hasnt come back, and I think they are holding us hostage. The place smells of their bathrooms. My wifes fajitas were brought out to the wrong table, brought back to the kitchen and left to get cold, then brought back to us. When she did start eating them, she realized that the shrimp all had its tails still on. My food was also like warm and rubbery.

Giving it 3 stars because the first 4 times we ate from this place the food was real good. But this last time I dont know what happened. We ordered steak tacos and also los arco style tacos and the meat was just so disgusting. It wasnt even cut up right. It was still in BIG CHUNKS. So very hard to chew that I spit most of it out and did not finish the rest! We were very disappointed and will not be going back!

Hi I was there tonight to buy some tortas regular i was mad because really I like the restaurant for wherever reason but short dont put ingredients enough for what I pay and put more ingredients for what doesnt ask was terrible ! I back to restaurant to fix my order glad Im close to do it but dont apologize not one and the guy cook mad of me its not my fault dont do the right way ! Wow !!

Wide variety of options. Great tacos and tortas. Offer complimentary chips, salsa, and pickled vegetables. My personal favorites are the shrimp tacos and barbacoa. Breakfast served on weekdays only. Lunch specials on weekdays. Pretty extensive alcohol selection for a small place, especially tequilas. Wish theyd expand dining area, as it gets cramped. Friendly and prompt service.

Great little local find! Ive heard about this place and finally had the chance to try it. I must say that the menu has a lot of great choices to choose from! The Margaritas were amazing and for $8 each, I thought it was a good deal for the size. I ordered 2 tacos (Los Arcos & Camaron) and they were delish! They have a new found fan!!

Very good authentic Mexican cuisine. Service was very good. It was my first time there and our waiter took the time to describe several options and made recommendations. His choices were fantastic. He continued to check on us throughout our dinner and sought our honest opinions. This may become my new go to place for Mexican!

Best mexican food , i always order from this place when i dont want to do my own homemade mexican , and its pretty good too lol. They know how to season their carnes and the tacos are well proportioned, not like the little tacos you get at other places. These guys know how to make good authentic Mexican food!
