DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! THEYRE STINGY, RUDE, AND THE SURROUNDING CHIPOTLES ARE WAY BETTER! Trust me!!! I used to work at chipotle a few years back, so I know how the whole system, watching portions, and serving works. I visited this location, ordered a veggie salad and asked for cheese and he gave me a pinch of cheese, which is the standard. I asked for more, because I personally really like the cheese, and he gave me a sprinkle throughout my veggie salad. I wanted more than a small sprinkle, so I asked for more. The guy, said, "well, youre already gotten more than your share." I said, "you guys dont charge for cheese or condiments, you charge for meats and guac." He didnt do anything else to my bowl, he was already giving me an attitude and on top, he was giving me a bad look. Didnt say thank you or anything. Even when the cashier asked him what kind of bowl it was, he didnt answer. I had to tell him it was a veggie salad. Overall, this was just terrible service. The guy was so rude. This Oakbrook Terrance is NOT worth going to. If i decide to go to Chipotle again, the location on Finley and Butterfield is better since theyre nicer and not so stingy.

I love chipotle! Great organic food that I dont get tired of. Prices keep going up but thats not stopping me. I always get a burrito bowl no rice with shells on the side... lower carbs but a nacho like feel! If youre feeling exotic go for the quesadilla and have them turn it into a burrito! This location is great... often busy but has an outdoor seating area for warm summer days... Staff is always wonderful and polite. Restaurant is clean and very accommodating.

Came here with a friend. Customer service was poor. Guy behind the counter who was serving us felt it was better to flirt with the girl who was paying instead of serve us. We ordered drinks and didnt get the cups because the girl was busy talking to her co-workers. One of the guys was eating while behind the counter. Disgusting.

Went to pick up food for myself and all my coworkers. An employee named Tony offered to help carry out my bags and drinks to my car and even opened the door for me. If that isnt good customer service, I dont know what is! Love this Chipotle and all their staff!

I love chipotle, however, every time that I go there I wonder why they charge too much for Guacamole, come on, it should be one of those free toppings. with that and some other extras, your bowl became a little over price.
