EDIT: They have since made a significant effort to wrap their burritos nicely and neatly. I no longer have any complaints. Changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. ----- This is the worst Qdoba I have ever been to. The workers put no effort into wrapping the burritos. They dont steam the tortillas properly. They wrap the burritos sloppily. Ive had to have my burritos remade on several occasions because they did such a poor job wrapping it. For those thinking I am just high maintenance, go to a well-run Qdoba and compare yourself. The burritos should be tight, stuffed with ingredients, clean (all sauce on the inside with no leaks or spills), and warm. Any Qdoba veterans know what I am talking about. There has to be something wrong with management because I have never seen the same worker twice. Because of their high turnover, they are perpetually retraining new people. This is bad when almost your entire line of servers is brand new. Ive experienced that quite a bit at this location. As far as Qdoba chains go, this is one you should pass on. Ive given this location a lot of chances but they keep letting me down. I wont be going back again.

We gave this location multiple chances (at least 10) but are now officially not going there anymore. My wife and I love Qdoba, but this location is run by people who clearly do not care a bit about the quality of the food. We have had crunchy rice on multiple occasions, it often has very little to no cilantro in it, the guacamole usually has way too much lime in it and again very little to no cilantro, and they have ruined my wifes tortilla soup for her by putting chicken in it without asking (shes a vegetarian). The teenagers working there (dont think Ive once seen an adult working there) are disorganized and dont listen to the customer. We are so disappointed to be missing out on our favorite "fast food" but were switching to Chipotle in hopes of better food and better service.

The food is good at this location, its the people working there that tends to be the problem. The way the staff was acting today is what prompted me to write this review. Today, they were very rude and just wanted to rush me along. Not only that, after my boyfriend told three separate employees working on the line that he didnt want tomatoes on his taco, they slapped it down on there anyway and then got even more rude and angry when asked to either take it off, or make a new one. I am so disappointed in the behaviors of the workers there, considering most of them are past their teenage years and should know how to behave professionally.

The food is fine, as it is at every other location in the world. This location refuses to start lunch until 11am on Sundays, even when its sign says lunch starts at 10:30. This has resulted in my sitting in the dining area for 30 minutes on three separate occassions waiting for the food I came for to be available.

Excellent ingredients make this place stand above other mexican food. It s different, and its tasty. I eat here every chance I get. I usually cant quite finish their burritos, but thats ok. It makes good leftovers. If you like mexican at all, you have to at least try this place.

Burrito is mediocre at best but their cookies and brownies are disgusting. They are very dry and stale, it is hard to believe an establishment like this sells crap like that.

Filthy inside. Garbages over flowing...all the tables were dirty. Trash on the floors. Condiment/lids napkins strewn all over. Food wasnt very hot at all. Not going back!
