I am really frustrated with this restaurant. They dont honor customers requests. I have been visiting this place for many months. Every time i ask them to add more sauce or etc they ignore and make the same way. I agree this is chefs decision, but after my complaint at least they need to address this. This is pure ignoring customers. I believe my bad review will help customers to think once again about this restaurant.

I ate here before going to the Genesee Theater. It was a half a block away and the food was great. The place is nothing special, you order at a counter and the decor is mostly Chinese related childrens artwork. The people there were friendly and informative, the food was excellent, and the portions were large. It may not be a date night place, but it is good Chinese food. I recommend the boneless Chinese ribs dinner.

I dont know why this has two dollar signs. The food is average price for any Chinese spot. The food is not mind-blowing good but it could definitely be a go-to. Even the over looked soups are delicious with perfect megaportions I love it here and will definitely come back. The only reason I didnt give it 5 was the usual takeout decor.

The place looks fine but it was expensive and when they brought out the food they surved it in microwave bowls and gave us plastic plates. I did not like the food, the only thing good was the white rice and i soaked it in soy sauce.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at the China Garden in Waukegan. It is the only chinese take out Ive had that doest use MSG! Thank you China Garden.
