This is worse than the Pizza Hut I went to in Malaysia that used fake pepperoni. Delivery was timely but expensive for a single pizza. This Pizza Hut didnt have Pan Pizza whrn I asked, something I have never encountered before. I ordered 2 bottled drinks and paper plates and when the delivery arrived I was given a 2l of the wrong drink, no plates, breadsticks that were ice cold in the middle (the butter on top was hard like icing) and the pizza was chewy and mostly dough. The delivery guy had to make extra trips to his car and when I pointed oit the drink errors he made it sound impossible to get them corrected in any timely manner (I can see the pizza Hut from my location). When I called the guy that took my order told me he had the order right and I must have ordered the wrong drinks. This will put us of pizza hut for a good year before we are brave enough to try again.

Were staying at a nearby hotel and ordered from this Pizza Hut twice this week. Once, chicken wings were forgotten. The other time, on a Saturday evening when staleness should not have been an issue, one very stale order of breadsticks was apparently reheated and sent to us. The ends and edges were like stale croutons. The other order of breadsticks did not arrive; in its place were cheese covered sticks of some sort, instead. Im not sure what style of pizza my Veggie Lovers was, but it was more like Dominos Pizzas style, and not the thick, crisp-bottomed pan style I ordered. It was also flattened on the bottom as if someone might even have sat on it, but maybe it was just very "settled" because it also tasted as if it had been made earlier in the day and then reheated. Whats the least understandable is how we could not get fresh food on a Saturday evening.

This is the worst Pizza Hut Ive ever ordered from. Delivery is always slow, pizza always tastes old, and they dont normally get the order correct the first time. I actually quite ordering from them and I order from a nearby town (Collinsville) and use carryout, The Collinsville locations is excellent, orders are always correct and food tastes great.

I ordered my pizza and thought it was on the way and they called me 45 minutes later and said they couldnt deliver to my house. If that was the case that should have been said while I was ordering the pizza on the phone. Supposedly I spoke to the manager as well. What a joke. This place will never get my business again.

Bad horrible customer service they dont give you what you asked for I will never go there again and this too slow I have to wait a hour and a half or two pizzas and they said 20 minutes

This pizza hut sucks, after 2.5 hours waiting for pizza the "manager" was a b!tch on the phone, its worth the drive to Belleville to pick it up yourself.
