So Im like a lot of people and dont get off in enough time to make it here in time to have most of the menu available to me. If your hours are until 10 then you have your FULL MENU available until 10. A paying customer has like 6 choices and when youre "out of" half of those choices its now, half way through ordering, effin pointless to be here. I wasnt rude, just tried asking what the other items are. I should not have to fight through a teenage language barrier to find out what the other choices Id never have chosen had the oh so extensive menu been available. The female associate was nice enough to explain to me that food isnt available after a certain time, 8:47 mind you. Because, "we close at a certain time and dont prepare food or dirty more dishes after a certain time." Sssssssooo youre not open until 10. Youre mostly closed, unprepared, and uninviting after your 16 year old delegated appropriate time.

They werent necessarily rude but they werent nice. They rushed us through. They were out of a lot of stuff (like rice!) And they closed down 15 minutes early, locking us and several other people outside who were sitting on the patio eating. We couldnt refill our drinks, get napkins, throw out our trash, or return our dishes. Very rude and inconsiderate! There were a few people who came before closing who werent able to order because they had locked up early. Terrible customer service. If the sign says you close at 9, you dont lock the doors until 9. You should be prepared to stay after to clean up. Thats called running a restaurant. (The only reason all of us ate outside was because they had already cleaned and turned up all the tables inside... this was a good half hour before they were supposed to be closing!!)

Tall black guy that is so ghetto its disturbing my lunch as i sit in the dining area i can hear every word he is saying about the customers. He is literally so loud i can here him clearly in the dining area badmouthing customers. Im sure nothing will be done by management because the bathrooms are disgusting and this is the same employee that i watched cooking hamburgers on the grill. They dont serve hamburgers so that means he brought his on meat to cook on the grill possibly contaminating the grill. He is beyond rude and literally made me feel unwelcome as he made my burrito i dont want to eat here anymore. Chipotle is closer to my work anyway.

Gross location. Looks like all the employees are ex cons tweaking on meth. Guy making the burrito was sweating all over the place and slinging the food around. He had an agressive attitude when asking what we wanted on it. The burrito fell apart and the queso we ordered was all over the outside rapper of the burrito, just nasty gross service. The other employees looked and acted just as rough. Dont really want to eat Qdoba anymore after that experience.

What happened to this place? It used to be awesome, but now they cant seem to get an order right! And dont even think about ordering on line and then trying to do a quick pick up. (I dont think they even pay attention to internet orders). I will say in fairness, that the food is still good, it is just the service that needs a major adjustment. I will still try this place in the future to see if they got things turned around.

Disorganized staff. Quesadillas made with meat and cheese only, staff did not ask about anything else just slapped them together and passed them on. We had a group of five and when the orders were finished there was still items for the people in front of us mixed in with ours. Absolute worst experience at a Qdobas Ive ever had and we regularly stop anywhere we run across one. This one I will pass by in the future.

Food was good, staff was horrible. Chips were more like crumbs and salt loaded. Customer service is not a strong point. Dont make the mistake of ordering food 30 min prior to close. The cashier will throw down the trays and stomp off and the mgr will let you know they expect you out promptly at 9. Only friendly person was the guy making our food.

Every time I come here, Im reminded why I waited so long between visits. The "servers" are rude and disdainful. I have given this location more than enough chances to earnTreating customers as rudely as they do is completely inexcusable. Either corporate or the franchisee need to look at their management and make some improvements.

I love Qdoba. I suppose its good for my health that I cannot go to it frequently since there isnt one in Huntsville. I mean, this place doesnt charge extra for queso OR guacamole. I mean, whats better than NO EXTRA CHARGE GUAC!!!

I think this place was pretty decent. Portion sizes are huge as usual. I only gave them 3 stars because I wish they had some low calorie healthy choices. Looks like they dont really care about that at this location.

I give this place 5 stars because the food is amazing, the drink machine has tons of options, and they are wicked quick while making your food. Its a really nice mix of quick takeout and sit down restaurant.

Love their bowl and taco wrap. Visit definitely if you have the money. Not very expensive at all just bring some because you will get a lot of Mexican food . I MEAN A LOT! :)
