So today was my first time trying it, i wanted to try it previously but they have a delivery time of 1 hour even though we are like 5 minutes away from them. My coworker had tacos and the messed them up, she called back and they told her she can buy them again for half off like if it was her mistake, not good business. Finally they told her she has a credit there for her 3 tacos. I ordered the Mofongo with camarones ( mofongo with shrimp) it said mofongo stuffed with shimp, i got a ball of mofongo with the shrimp on top. That is not stuffed mofongo. The also had cheese in the mofongo, I am married to a beautiful Puerto Rican and have been eating this stuff for years and have never ever had anybody put mozzarella cheese on my mofongo. The people answering the phone act like they are slow and dont understand what you are saying. I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to be disappointed with their mediocre food. after reading this reviews on google the people writing them must be related to the owners or have never had good Mexican or Puerto Rican Food. With an hour delivery time I dont think they will last .

Y la comida no tiene el mismo sabor...?

I was trying to order for delivery only took 7 phone calls before I got thru to them. it was like talking to a 5 year old on the phone. After finishing the order asked for a total so she put me on hold for 10 mins. she told us are total and asked her if she had it correct because the total she told us wasnt matching the pricing from the website. She read our order to us and everything was correct so we thought maybe the pricing wasnt correct on the website. Food got here we were missing food called there and took another 7 tries to get a hold of them. Told them you for got some of are food, So she asked if we had the receipt but i was never give a receipt. So i couldnt prove that we order that food. Mind it was a big order for my company. Food was ice cold and not enjoyable will never order there again

I wouldnt even give it one star! I recently ordered from here about a week ago it took them almost 2 hours to get to my house then I have to walk a block away and cross a busy street just to get my food everything was cold and not edible and all they returned was $8.50 for tacos they never even gave me that I had ordered. I will never ever recommend this place to anybody the food was cold and disgusting not even my dog wanted to eat the meat from my burrito and thats not exaggerating. I ordered through GrubHub and when I call the restaurant to see if they would issue me a refund they said they wouldnt speak to me that I had to call GrubHub and still nothing was really done I hate this place and I will never ever ever order from here again!

I ordered a burrito of asada. Not even 5 minutes later they called me that my order was done. I was excited and impressed. When i got back and took that first bite i noticed that the meat was all chewy. Meat isnt supposed to be that way. I tried to ignore it but after taking more bites i just couldnt and had to dispose of the entire burrito. Before i did this i checked the meat and it was pretty much skin. You know that part that youre not supposed to cook and take out?? I used to work in plenty of restaurants cooking so i have experience. Even if i didnt know my stuff anyone could tell the difference.

So disappointing. I was so excited to have a place near me that has Puerto Rican food. The place was completely empty. They werent busy at all. I ordered alcapurrias, pastelillo de camaron, and a jibarito de bistec. Oh and to try their Mexican side I ordered a torta de carne asada. The alcapurrias were over cooked on the outside and raw inside, I paid for avocado on my torta and there was no avocado and the bread was stale, the jibarito was just salty and over fried, and the pastelillo looked and tasted like it was fried in the morning and fried again now.

I only gave it one star cause it wouldnt let me leave a review if I didnt. This place is terrible with quality the lettuce look like someone wiped their a** with it so brown just like their rice which dont get me started on how awful that is let me just tell you i had better rice from a blind person. They have problems comprehending orders like when you order extra cheese and they make sure not to add but for sure charge you. Next time you want some good PR food please stay away from this place and make the trip to a adequate location within Chicago limits

I order 1 taco, 1 quesadilla, 2 acapudillas, and 2 med horchatas total was $29.00.... I was like okay well I dont want to go out with the kids to get food. It gets here the smallest, chewy, no flavored taco ever. Acapudilla was soft no crunch or flavor even my 4 yr old who love them would not eat it. And thats his favorite. Horchata was nasty my 2 yr old was dissatisfied. Quesadilla was small as well... worst pr and mex food ever would never eat again a waste of $30

Although I like their food they have a lot of quality consistency problems. I used to be able to order through grubhub but apparently they stopped that, and the person who answers the phone there does not speak very good english. After struggling through taking my order things got a little hairy when taking my address so I decided not to risk my dinner and just order from somewhere else. Its a pity as I dont know anywhere else to pick up lechon.

If you want local Authentic this is the way to GO... Even if you want to travel I still recommend you come to Panchos Fusion. Everything is fresh and made to order along with the DA BOMB A$$ Margaritas and may I suggest the Large dont kid yourself with the small you are going to want more. I give a BiG UPPZZ to Panchos Fusion the best Mexican/Puerto Rican food in town. Truly Authentic.

horrible food, salty beans, rice wasnt cooked it was one of does instant ready rices, the Cuban sandwich had raw sausage, the shrimps were still white fleshed not cooked right, no salsa for any of the foods only one red chip salsa and they also are over priced and had items on the menu that they dont even sale anymore, horrible experience never returning again

Two stars because I only ordered beans, to go, havent eaten anything else here, and might not. The beans are extremely salty, like Im not taking another bite way, way salty. The beans I ordered are Mexican style. I was asked if I wanted that, or P.R. style, after searching the menu for the description of either, which neither are listed.
