Ill start off by addressing the wait. Ah yes, the notorious wait. Unfortunately this Red Robin location is cursed with long waiting times for food. Luckily my visit did not confirm that. On the contrary, the wait was sub-par due to the large Saturday night crowd. Our waitress, Alyssa, was very attentive and polite. Excellent service for a busy waitress. The food. I ordered the red robin royal burger with high expectations for if a franchise labels an item royal it must be something special. This burger is made up of lettuce, tomatos, American cheddar cheese, pickles, a mysterious but tasty sauce, two strips of bacon, a meaty slab of beef, and an over-easy egg all held together by a wonderfully soft sesame bun. (I actually omitted the cheese and pickles from my burger. Just a personal preference.) The overall burger was excellent! Every bite was a mix of different tastes that all, when together, created something new and delicious. [for those of you who want a deeper analysis of the anatomy of the burger; the bun itself was soft without being to soggy. The accessory ingredients, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mystery sauce, all added to the burgeres overall taste without blocking out the actual beef flavor. The egg was a wonderful add-on that intensified the taste. The bacon was sub-par, but didnt hinder the overall taste. The beef was delcious. I order mine well done and it deffinetly was well done! Overall, as previously stated, it is an excellent burger.] The usually substitute my fries with sweet potato fries when I get the chance and I was delighted to know that they did that here and for cheap! $1.49. Not to mention bottomless sweet potato fries! Sweet potato fries are hard to do wrong. These were no exeption. Excellent taste and texture. And did I mention they are bottomless? The clenliness of the restaurant is acceptable. For there is no obvious stains or spills, but rest assured that with extreme examination, you could probably find some fecal bacteria chillin on your silverware... (fun fact: that happens everywhere. Sorry to gross you out.) Clean and pleasant. The overall look of the restaurant is nice and quaint with a friendly atmosphere given by the waiters and waitresses. I am very pleased with my time at red robin and can see myself coming back. More hungry, more critical. If you are tired of the same old fast food joints, I highly recommend giving this location a shot.

Unfortunately my review to this restaurant wasnt pleasant at all... Before I arrived to the restaurant I checked the business hours because it was little bit late (9:00pm) the website did show this restaurant supposed to be open into 10pm because of this reason, I was expecting to have a relaxing and peaceful late night dinner. I have been a fan of the burgers at Red Robin, so like I mentioned I was expecting to have a delicious late night dinner like usually; Therefore I will continue describing my unpleasant experience.. I arrive (at the time that I mentioned ^) the hostess of this location wasnt there also I saw many tables open (not a very busy night.) After a few minutes past the hostess came out from the back of the restaurant with an attitude that she didnt make me feel welcome; I had it to point her up that I needed a table for five (again with a sarcastic voice she said that I need to wait few more minutes) witch I didnt get because again I saw many tables open. After maybe ten to fifteen minutes she came back to seat us she still had the same attitude.. I have been a restaurant owner for many years and trust me the way this hostess presented to me as a customer; I didnt like it; I personally founded very rude and very unprofessional;.. For this reason I decided to walk away from restaurant because I realized if this is the way that I was welcomed to *Red Robin I didnt want to stay to see how was going to be my dinner. I feel sorry for the owner of this Red Robin because they dont know what kind of staff (hostess) are recruiting to their busines...

Flow we went into the restaurant to get our food the service was nice but when I ordered my burger. I requested to have a Friday going to top of it and the server went and got our food but when she returned after I bit into it I realized it wasnt on it so I she said that it was not their fault but they would not charge me for the egg and she would give one I waited 15 minutes with my sandwich on the table for her to bring back the egg and it was undercooked and my burger was cold and she didnt offer to fix me another sandwich very disappointing Red Robin I have been a valuable customer for a couple years of this particular day the location is actually turn me off.

Super upset with the service at this red Robbins. The place was not busy at all, and yet it took them a while to sit us the host kept passing back and forth she stayed she had to clean a booth for us when there was several places open to sits we ordered and I did not order anything to drink and yet the waitress brought me a lemonade that I did not order and walked away I was confused as to what she was doing. Then we requested the server through the kiosk and she came to the table next to us and ignored us. My experiences are never bad at red Robbins, this is the first and last time I come to this specific red Robbins.

Beer bottle laying on the ground near entrance and overflowing trash can at the front door.then in a nearly empty restaurant ..they seated us next to the restroom door and loud kitchen area.....extensive menu wasnt explained. Medium burger was medium rare....waitress spent approximately 60 seconds in front of us....$ 40. For 2 lunches ??? And when we. Left. ...of course the beer bottle was still there. And the overflowing trash can was still. Overflowing. . wont be going back anytime. Soon....management should. Be aware of outside appearance as well as inside....doors will. Be closed. Soon.

This was my first time at Red Robins and its my last time Ive been want to go to Red Robins for a minute once we got there goodbye was off the waitresses barely spoke. the appetizers was okay but once me and my husband got our main course it was horrible I order mines well done and it was red in the inside my husband order his sandwich well done and it was charcoal bar on the outside. And then once we ask for new sandwiches the manager came and responded and told us that they do not do good with well done if you want well done your burger will be burnt.

Waitress was awesome but unfortanelty very bad managed. There were so many people in the wait area and to mention is very small. So many empty tables, when we asked about that the hostess said they wouldnt sit a lot of people bc they didnt have the staff to tend to customers. Food was good and warm. Poor management, there was a table next to us that was empty with dishes the whole time we dined and it could easily sit 10 people. Work in managemnt! Thank you Kayla T.!

Some of the worst food Ive ever had in my life. The prices were too high for the quality of food that was received. It was extremely greasy and tasted like they popped it in the microwave straight from the freezer. This is the first and last time Id ever go here. The bill came to $65 for a small family of 4 and it totally was not worth over $20. I have no problem spending more money for food that tastes better, but I learned my lesson.
