Agree on the comments that rank either extremely low or extremely high. It depends on whats important to you when dining out. I ordered carry out at 8 on a Saturday night, and when I called was told it would be an hour twenty for the food. You read that right, one hour and twenty minutes. For chicken makhani, Szechuan paneer and butter naan. Reason being they were busy and had 6 orders ahead of me. Ok then. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:15 and was asked to have a seat while they got my order together. As I waited, there were 4 tables eating in the restaurant. The table near the front summoned their waitress and asked how much longer it would be for their food as theyd been waiting for 30 minutes. The waitress apologized and said it would just be a few minutes. 10 minutes later, their food arrived. After some discussion at the table, it turned out what they were brought was incorrect. The waitress made an error because she didnt understand what they had ordered. Apologies all around as they scrambled to fix it. I asked where my food was, and was assured it was almost ready. Shortly after, one of the back tables left and muttered "Good luck" as they passed. The correct food for the front table was brought out, however they were still waiting on a few more things theyd ordered. I dont know if it came, but 15 minutes later my order was finally ready. My wait time there was 30 minutes, so in total it took almost 2 hours for my carry out order. The waitress apologized profusely and said they were taking $10 off my bill to compensate for my experience. When I got home, I found they hadnt given me the Szechuan Paneer. So the discount meant I just hadnt paid for what I didnt get. They also gave me regular naan instead of butter naan. The chicken makhani was excellent, and if you go at just the right time or service isnt important to, this place would easily rank 5 stars. The customer service comments are spot on, though, and if it continues to be this poor they wont last. I hope the owner reads this and gets it fixed, because the food really was great.

We went the second time here just to be sure that the mistakes made on our first trip were due to just recently opening but regretfully they still exist. The service is poor , once they get you want you want to drink they dont even return to ask if you need anything. They gave us one Naan cut into 4 small pieces for 4 of us.When you ask for one more they dont look too pleased and you feel very embarrassed to ask. The buffet spread is minimal and just average .The main attraction for any indian restaurant which should be its butter Chicken is lacking any flavor and so watered-down some days they dont even have it on d menu. They dont even serve the sizzling tandoori Chicken like they do in many restaurants for lunch. The service staff should be a little more involved and caring for the tables they service . They do not even ask you if you enjoyed the food after spending 80-100 dollars on both occasions ....even local gas stations will smile and thank you more when you buy a bottle of water for a dollar. If things like the dont get fixed this will end up being another below average establishment.

I saw a Groupon and was excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately it left much to be desired. Service was ok. After a few minutes of waiting up front, I seated myself. Tandoor sampler was different than any other Ive had. Saucy? She warned they were out of lamb so she gave me extra shrimp. The shrimp was good. The chicken was barely cooked. Chicken tiki masala was just ok. Basmati rice cooked to perfection. Overall, I was disappointed but my mother, less experienced in Indian cuisine, was pleased with her veggie curry fried rice and samples of my food. I wasnt pleased to pay for buttered naan, although it was very delicious. Im accustomed to some kind of free bread with my meal. Mint chutney was good. $50 bill (without Groupon) and Yelp reviews misled me but I tried somewhere new so thats the risk. Better luck next adventure.

5 stars on the food. Delicious and great quality for the price. The service however is some of the worst Ive ever had. They are extremely slow and a little oblivious. It took them a half hour after we sat down to take our order. The one waitress/hostess we had ignored us the whole time and the other knew nothing on the menu. We asked for water multiple times and our requests were ignored. After waiting another half hour for our take home boxes for our leftovers, I just went right up to the hostess to pay on our way out since I knew waiting for the check would take the whole night. Its a shame, the food is wonderful, but because of the terrible service I likely wont be coming back.

Ive tried Indian food buffets in the past and have been disappointed. This place knocks it out of the park. We did the buffet. They brought the naan out and it was freshly made. Not a large selection on the buffet, but the food was fresh and delicious. I think with the smaller selection the chef was able to focus on quality over quantity. I really enjoyed everything on the buffet and if I had to pick something as my favorite, it would probably be the chicken 65. I will definitely go back and give them my business. It was well worth the venture.

Kind, accommodating staff and EXCELLENT food. Well seasoned, creative dishes, and very affordable for the quantity and quality. I am half Indian and frequently dine out with my Punjabi family. This is one of my favorite Indian restaurants in the Chicagoland area.

Awful service. We sat for 15 minutes and no one brought us a menu. Meanwhile, the manager got to go containers for another table and wiped down the buffet. No one ever came to our table. We walked out and wont be coming back. Extremely unprofessional staff.

So, the waiter was adorable. Couldnt be nicer with suggestions and told us the difference between Indian spice and American spice. The food is good but the wait was long....that is definitely something they can fix though, so I hope they do.

Delicious food but slowest service ever. Asked for check right after receiving food because we knew it was taking forever. We are done eating and still waiting for check. Take out orders definitely took priority over dine in customers.

Delicious food. The Naan was perfect and the Dal Tadka and Channa Masala were both seasoned wonderfully. I work close by and will definitely have to try more of their menu. Im glad I gave Chak De Fuzyon a try!!!

They only had buffet and takeout on Saturday. They said that a takeout order would take 40 mins. We went 2 times before and they were closed both times, even though they were supposed to be open at that time.
