Came here late at night because I love me some sliders after a night in town. The service was horrible. I understand it was 1:30 in the morning but they werent even busy. They seemed more interested in socializing among themselves than taking orders. The food was mediocre and the service was really poor. I live in the neighbohood and never experienced such nasty service in the past. Very disappointed and hopefully someone pays attention to this reviews and tries to remedy the situation.

I am a White Castle enthusiast and this White Castle Has fallen way below the bar of excellence. Its very close to where I live and I usually hit it after a night of shenanigans or late night work. Almost never FRESH sliders, the late night crew always put the sliders in a "steamer" so they look fresh but taste horrible. This is the worst White Castle to feed the crave. Its a total waste of money. Ive also told them exactly how I want them and they refuse to listen.

So I make an order and forgot that there was a certain deal on their app for just a lot type sack of chicken rings with $20 purchase. Ask the clerk if they can just cancel my order which they didnt even start yet and let me do that deal or just hook up the deal and not waste any time. Nope that sucks and walks away, really awesome customer service, never coming back to this nasty place.

Always wait long. I dont know if its a white castle thing or a "this place" thing. The past 5 times Ive been there I know I will wait at least 10min for a small order. One time I waited 10-15min but at least they gave me complimentary fries. Standard good- tasting-regret-later food

Its a bit sketchy, even for a White Castle, but they got my order done quickly and correctly, and that is what really counts. If you get done up in the parking lot, I dont really think they can be faulted. You should have known what you were getting down for. Ride or die.

The food is not bad ..after all is white castle...but this place has had some lazy employees during late hours ..and there customer service doesnt helped them at all...just a simple thank you for ur order goes along way....just my opinion

The slider ls are always nice and hot, a good amount of onoions and cheese melted. Prepared perfectly. Love this location because ive been to others where the slidrers are warm not hot and cheese not melted.
