On Sunday evening 8/2/15 my family visited Potbelly and we had excellent service by the staff of 3-4 employees working last night. They were very courteous and patient with my nieces requests and very professional. They would not take a tip from my Brother who was covering the bill. Thank you to Potbelly in Oak Park for delicious sandwiches, a banana milkshake to die for and excellent service!

I am a vegetarian and the broccoli cheddar soup was amazing! The temperature was just right -- not too hot, not too cold. And it was ready really fast! Friendly service, clean and convenient location in downtown Oak Park. Try the chocolate or strawberry smoothies!

When ever I come here the staff is always very friendly. Recently Jen took my phone order to have it delivered to my location even though I wasnt in their delivery zone anymore. She was very professional, friendly and willing to help.

Idiots that work here are so annoying. They never have anything I come to get and 2 hrs left of business. They say they cant have to much because it gets wasted. This is dumb to me. Seems like a waste both ways to make no money.

Potbellys is my favorite sandwich chain. I often stop in on my way home for work to grab a sandwich if Im not in the mood to cook. This location is great and Ive not had any problems with orders being incorrect or badly made.

Good food and the in-store experience is great, but the delivery is the worst. The minimum delivery time (per the website) is 1.5 hours and they still dont get it here in time.
