I just order a bunch of food and a flan which is a Mexican dessert. Unfortunately, the flan was completely uncooked. I called to see if I can get another one the next day, and according to Management they had to see it and wanted me to hold on to it and bring it back the next day. Im sorry but Im not holding on to this. All they had to do was go on the fridge and check the other flans because Im sure the rest of them were just as uncooked! Terrible experience and even though I love their nachos, I am not going back again.

I would recommend going to the brideview location instead...I have nothing but positive reviews about bridgeview location....I visited the worth location after numerous back and forth phone conversations about they wont deliver to my location and bridgeview will...long story short...I went to worth location for eat in and the staff was rude and short, tacos were greasy and not tasty...brideview location is were its at, friendly service and food is amazing

I just tried em today since theyre right around the corner from work and id say its 6/10. I ordered the "3 amigos" and an Horchata with no ice. The 3 Amigos was decent, just the steak from being underneath all the other stuff became bland and soggy. And my horchata...well its great but i specifically ordered it with no ice. Little mistakes happen so i hope my next experience will be a tad different.

I ordered a enchiladas dinner and guacomole and chips. They said 30-40 mins. Now my order took over a hour to arrive. When I got my food, it was all cold. The food was okay but horrible service all around .

We love Del Carmen! The food is always tasty. Lately tho the rice is old and crunchy, the beans are cold, and the steak is chewy. The Bridgeview location is much better than Worth.
