Worst Experience at Eggsperience ever! If your server is "Ervin T", ask for someone else. Ive been to the Eggsperience in downtown Chicago numerous times in the past and had decent service there. I had high hopes for this Eggsperience expecting it to be just as good, unfortunately I could not be more wrong. I came here on a Sunday around 2pm knowing that they close at 4pm as stated on their door. As soon as we walked in the manager and hostess was standing behind the register staring at us with a blank faces. I looked at him and the hostess and said, "hello..?". They quickly snapped out of it and said, "Hi!, welcome to Eggsperience. How many people? I replied, two please. They looked at the seating chart then glanced around the room then back at the chart at least three times. I was confused why they had to review the chart that many times when there was about 5 out of 30+ tables being used. Our server, Ervine, waiting about 10 minutes to ask us what we would like to drink then took about another 10 minutes to bring us our coffee. then came back 15 minutes after to get our order. A total of 35 minutes just to get an order in, in a room of 5 tables in use and at least 3 or 4 servers. I asked if I could get one egg scrambled and the other sunny side up and Ervine said, "No. Because they are not able to enter it in to the computer like that." The computer part may be true however if youre going to have a restaurant called Eggsperience you better be able to at least serve eggs the way a customer wants them. How hard could it be to make a note on the paper to let the chef know how I want my eggs cooked. I even stated that I did not care if I had to pay more, but Ervine repeatedly said, "No." Then he asked if I would like pancakes or toast. I asked if I could have french toast, even if I had to pay extra. Ervine said, "No." At that point I said, "whatever give me toast." After serving us the food he never came back to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything else and only came back with the check. and to top it all off the busboy came by after Ervine dropped off the check and tried to take our plates while we still had food on it. it was only 3:10pm. Maybe I would understand if it was 3:59pm but we still had at least 50 minutes left before they closed. Never again will I be dining here and I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Dont waste your appetite or money. My wife, daughter and I decided to try the breakfast, we have never been here before today. Our experience was terrible. The hostess and waitstaff were not short on attitude which put us off before we even looked at the menus. My wife asked about the berry berry pancakes, whether they had "fresh fruit" to which we were told "absolutely." For myself, I ordered the mushroom and spinach skillet with scrambled eggs. My wifes food came to the table without an ounce of fruit on top. When we asked the server why, she said they are cooked into the pancakes that we should flip them to see. We did. There were 3-4 blueberries and 2 slices (1 whole) strawberry per pancake.....how impressive. Obviously, when my wife inquired about the freshness of the fruit, the matter in which they were prepared or the fact that the fruit was very scarce, might have been something the waitress should have mentioned. Then my skillet arrived. The "scrambled eggs" were completely over-cooked. They took on a crepe made with rubber texture and were disgusting to eat. We asked the server to please bring fresh eggs. While waiting I decided to eat the English muffin (I mean who messes up an English muffin?) you guessed it, Eggsperience does. It was cold and taste as if it had been sitting out since the day before. When the waitress returned with the plate of eggs she even mentioned that the cook said they should not have plated the rubber eggs.....yeah. Typically you to and figure that out before they are eaten by a patron. All in all completely dissatisfied with the food, service and experience as a whole. This was my first time and my last time eating here. My advice, go to Eggs Inc. in downtown Naperville. Never had a single issue, the food is fast, hot, tasty, the waitstaff is friendly and attentive. Eggsperience could learn a lot from them. Note: I have managed 3 separate restuaraunts an event venues and nightclubs in New York City, the Bronx and Scottsdale.

This place open about a month ago and we were so excited to try it out. We went there during Sunday brunch time. They were slightly busy but we got sat right away. When the waitress approached the table she seem flustered and overwhelmed (not 100% sure if she waitresses before). Anywhoo, we ordered and about 10 minutes it came (which was a nice surprise). I ordered the Vegetable Panini but modified it and requested for it not to have spinach or mushrooms. When it came, it had both ingredients on it, -just to give you the heads up, if you do order the Vegetable Panini it is a very soggy sandwich, would not recommend- My husband ordered Eggs over medium and well done bacon. The eggs were over easy and the bacon was limp and cold and the hash browns were uncooked. So we had to send back both dishes for them to remake. My sons grill cheese was fine, but not sure how you could screw that up unless you burn it. Once the food came back it was not the great, the panini had a burnt taste so I stuck to eating the fries and the rest of my sons grill cheese. My husbands eggs came back over easy again and the hash browns we burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. When we went to pay, there were two different customers complaining to the two managers about two different things. Sad thing to say, but we will never go back, if you do decide to go, I hope you have a better experience than we did.

Bummed- This used to be my go to place for a large GOOD salad. Sadly over the few months they seem to be struggling with staffing and even just providing the items on their menu. Today I called in a to go order during my lunch break. I was told 10mins and it took over 25 for my Buffalo Grilled chicken salad to be prepared. That isnt my issue for the rating- The Menu stated one thing and I received something totally different for my $12.01. I asked for the dressings on the side and I did receive the Ranch but the buffalo was some kind of mixture of Teddys red hot and Italian dressing, thought it might have gone bad so I had to toss it. The salad was missing the Bread and butter, tortilla strips, peppers and rest of the normal portion of chicken. I received about a handful of almost soggy lettuce with less then 4oz of chicken, about a tablespoon of cheddar cheese and red onion. For the super slow service, horrible salad and being out $12.01. I will not be back... Time to find another great salad place, this place just isnt the same.

We didnt have to wait in line for very long which was good. We sat down. Our waitress look very lost. Didnt even greet us. Didnt say welcome! I told her I love her costume. She didnt even smile. I asked for a coffee and my boyfriend asked for a orange juice. She came back with his juice. But, no coffee. She asked me again what I wanted and I told her. Then she asked what we wanted to eat. We told her. 15 mins later. Still no coffee. But, we did get our food by someone else. Saw our waitress. asked about my coffee again. She ran to get it. We ate our food, which was great! She gave us our better we asked. Everything else was fine. Then we went to pay our tab. The lady didnt ask how everything was. She was rude. Didnt even look at me I am not sure if I will ever go back. Too bad. I really like the food there.
