This is the worst staff I have ever come in contact with. We were looking at houses in the neighborhood and we thought we would stop for a quick bite. My 2 year old has an egg and nut allergy. So we liked Panera other places because she could eat there. We order and when I got her grilled cheese it looked different than any other panera we have purchased the sandwich. So I asked if it was the same bread, immediately I was met with hostility. I said I was just asking due to my childs allergies. The response was that, but nothing less than shocking. He said well did you say she had an allergy. " We would have made sure we washed our hands." I was flabbergasted by his response. So we decided it was just better to not eat it and leave. It would be fine if the story ended there, but then the guy behind the counter got loud and started puffing up his chest to my husband. This was the most unprofessional restaurant we have seen. So make sure if you want to eat at this Panera remember to ask them to wash their hands first.

This Panera Bread location can be great, but it lacks the integrity customers are looking for... Numerous times I have visited this Panera Bread store in Plainfield Illinois Rt 59 and Caton Farm Rd. and numerous times I get disappointed. Sandwiches are supposed to be easy to make... Its not rocket Science its a sandwich... A majority of the staff is sincere and take time to appreciate you coming into their store. If a mess up happens fix it. Plain and simple. You should be able to get what you ask for no matter how complicated it may be. Your food, the way you want it... If you claim to use fresh and wholesome ingredients then so be it, use just that... I got the first cut of the tomato the very small circle of the first cut of the tomato on my sandwich. Customers are paying for a slice of tomato, not the ends... Get it together Panera Bread !!!

Dont get me wrong, I like Panera but after getting my food today, I am furious. First off, I placed a rapid pickup. I was waiting for my food in there for about 10 minutes until someone finally asked what I was waiting for. Long behold my order was sitting there for 15 minutes waiting for the sides to be put in. And after that, I got home and my food was ice cold, cheese not even a touch melted, and they left the paper for the cheese on the sandwich!! I pulled something out of my mouth and it was a paper. If I could give this rating 0 starts I would.

I love Panera but this location has some struggles keeping up with the crowd. Generally the condiments are always in need of a refill and the tables almost always need wiped. It seems they go through managers a lot and outside of one outstanding manager who is always on top of things, when he isnt there it turns into a different place. The whole place needs to be managed by him and only him and they might be able to squash the perceptions that they cant handle morning crowds.

I do love my Panera, but this location needs alot of help in many areas. Twice I have been here and ordered my food to go. There is always something missing and I have to go back. Staff that I delt with were polite. Tables need to be cleaned along with trash picked up. There food dosent seem to be as fresh as other paneras. There is a lack of control and direction. Workers look lost and confused. Ill continue to eat at panera just not at this one.

I love this place. I come here often. I usually order the "you pick 2" bacon turkey bravo and french onion soup. Its a half sandwich with a bowl of soup. The soft drink refills are free, and they have Coke products. The order takers are fast and courteous and very friendly. The food is prepared consistently and very fast. Everything is always served hot. Prices are average. You dont need a reservation and parking is free.

Every time I go to this location I seem to have an issue. Either its them forgetting items and me not realizing it until I get home or its a rapid pick up and I have to still wait 10 minutes for my food! Last trip alone had to wait 10 minutes while they microwaved my Mac and cheese which really dried it out. Didnt get the extra bread I paid for. And the containers were all messy on the outside. Worst $20 I have ever spent!

None. Whenever Ive ordered a Tuna Salad Sandwich, theyll put a little dot on it like the size of an olive. Literally. They always forget to put bread and chips in the bag and end up going back every time, never eating there again, my family and about half a dozen friends used to eat here and theyve all stopped for the same reason.

Every time I order food from this location, something is either missing (croutons that already come with the soup) or the whole order is messed up all together. Ive been offered free pastries I dont know how many times. I dont want a free pastry... I just want my order to be right for once.

The staff is always super friendly and polite, its always very clean - nothing leftover on tables from other patrons, clean floors, drink stations, and bathrooms. The wait times are usually short and the coffee is always fresh and delicious. Get the chicken salad, its the best!

What is there no to like about Panera? I like the seasonal menus that they have. Since they have added rapid pick up, I have been stopping by more often. I dont always have time to wait for a long line, being able to set what time you want to have it ready is awesome.

Great employees. Worked late and let my group keep working until 9:45 well after close. Also got some free cookies from a very good looking and nice girl. If you are the cute freckled girl who gave me cookies, I have a massive crush on you, let me take you on a date

How does Panera bread run out of bread? Employees were rude about it too. Skimp ed on the meat for the sandwiches, must have been running out of those too. This place needs to step it up, overall the poorest Panera Ive been too for expensive sandwiches

This location leaves a lot to be desired. Employees could be more friendly and food is subpar. My mac and cheese is always cold and runny when I go. My friends broccoli and cheddar soup is never good. Will not continue going to this location.

Great for big groups! I held a meeting for my staff at this Panera and they allowed us to use their conference room for free, although I did end up buying pastries :) They also had a very friendly staff, which is always a plus.

messed up my order...forgot the soup and drink. They were out of the Asiago croutons for my soup...and I love those. Plus rhe dining room was filthy. Garbage all over the floor. I took pics but mot sure how to post them here.

The food quality and service is great, but they need to hire more people to keep up with the in and out of people. The cleanliness of the tables is lacking. It presents as unprofessional. Overall though, good place to go.
