This is one of the WORST breakfast restaurants I have ever been to. The service is absolutely terrible. It took so long for Chris, our server, to even bring out water and greet us. Every other table was offered coffee but ours. I watched the servers go from table to table offering coffee to every table but ours. Our water pitcher was empty for half the meal and was never refilled. Chris was not attentive at all. I ordered the California skillet and the artichokes smelled awful, the potatoes were unseasoned and dry, and the extra bacon I ordered was mushy and practically nonexistent. But dont worry, Chris remembered to charge extra for that disgusting bacon. My boyfriend took one taste and immediately spit it out. It was inedible for him. The food was repulsive, the service was terrible, and the ambience was mediocre. I heard such good reviews from friends and family about this place but I was not prepared for such a big let down. The only thing positive I have to say about this restaurant is that there wasnt a wait and the food came out fast. I will NEVER come back and suggest you dont either.

Went in on a Sunday hoping to have a nice breakfast before church, but that was not the case. Our server was rude when she first approached us. Then disappeared until she brought the drinks and food together. The hot chocolates were awful and cold, I wanted to order something else but she was no where in sight. The French toast & pancakes tasted fine. Then she comes to drop off the check and I tell her that we did not like the hot chocantes. She says ok & walks away. We go up to the desk to pay and I let that girl know if she can take the hot chocolates off. "You should have told the server, I cant take them off." Most likely I will not be returning here, and if I do I will be sure to not get the same rude waitress!

I entered 45 mins before closing. The first thing out of the mouth of the person that seated me was to remind me of their closing time. The first thing out of the waitress mouth was to tell me of the closing time, then admitted I still had 45 mins. I should have left then because I surely didnt feel welcome. The service was terrible, and after I got my food and took 3 bites, I decided to leave. Then I had trouble getting the waitress to get me a take home box. Needless to say, I wont be back there!!

This place is awesome!! Every time my family and I come here, we are extremely satisfied with the service, the food, and the whole experienced. This is one of the best restaurants Ive ever been to. Even when there is a wait, the food is always worth it. The waiters and waitresses are always very friendly and attentive, and the food is always hot and delicious. I would definitely recommend this for a great breakfast place to eat.

The prices here are fair and the food and service are both very good. They have really good pancakes as you would expect. One thing to keep in mind is that often times on the weekends during peak times they are very busy and you may have to wait 15-20 minutes for seat. Also it can be difficult to find a parking spot and you may have orbit until a spot opens up or walk from a ways away.

Its a clean, small family environment, which is nice. However, the food is just not that good. I ordered red velvet pancakes and what I got instead were chocolate-chip pancakes, with a slight pinkish tint to them. Dont get me wrong, for chocolate-chip pancakes they were good, but they simply were not red velvet pancakes. We also ordered peach crapes and they simply werent that good.

I called to place an order to go. The man on the phone was very rude. After I would tell him one of my orders he will go ugh anything else? I had about 5 orders when I got to my 5 th order he responded oh my gosh is that it. He was very rude. The food is great but because there lack of good customer service we wont be going back.

Family-style restaurant with a loyal following. My experience will not lead to a return visit. The breakfast was poorly prepared. The hash browns were over cooked and fried to a crisp. Conversely, the egg yolks were under done. The Spinach Eggs Benedict seemed thrown together and no ingredient was tasty.

We had them cater our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Christmas breakfast. It was wonderful. Food was fantastic. I received a call prior to event to confirm all the details and they even threw in a few extras to ensure our satisfaction. We were all very happy with the service and quality provided.

The best breakfast in the area. It is simple food, but it is done right and at the right price. It is so nice that they have flavored creamers on the table with every different kind of jelly. Everything we have had there, has been great. Service is always great too.

Decent sized restaurant with moderate seating. Great place for your hometown breakfast favorites plus a few twists and turns for those with an adventurous sweets palate. The range of options for pancakes, crepes, and French toast are locally unrivalled.

The Best Staff whether ordering in or out. Saturday mornings are always full, but the wait time is pretty good. The portions are huge; you get more than you pay for. Diverse patrons & great atmosphere. Forgot to add...THE FOOD IS GOOD! (*_*)

Pancakes were very dry and literally separated top and bottom with a fork. They removed the item from the bill however there was no follow up from a manager so I can explain what was wrong. I will not be returning to blueberry hill on Eola.

Blueberry Hill is a local favorite and on the weekends be prepared to wait in line. However, the food is delicious, fresh and in generous portions for a very reasonable amount of money. The Blueberry banana pancakes were phenomenal!

We stopped at Hugos more or less on a lark. But what an incredible meal we had. We did not have reservations but were seated quickly. However, I would clear suggest that you make reservations as the place fills up quickly.

Food is great but placing your name for a table needs to be improved. There are so many people waiting to be seated. You have to make you way through the standing and sitting people to get to the host.

Good service, delicious food, big portions, tasty coffee and they have flavored creamer. One of my favorite dishes here is the Mexican skillet, make sure to order the house made salsa with it, delish!
