Frankies is fine if you want junky fast food. Their gyro, Italian beef, taco, etc options are standard fare for this kind of place. Nothing special. They have a lot of veggie/healthier options. But they are very poorly executed. It seems like Frankies stocks three kinds of plants: tomato, lettuce, cucumber. Their salads are pretty much half a head of lettuce with some tomato and cucumber and your choice of meat. I had a chicken wrap today and it was pretty much only grilled chicken and lettuce in a tortilla. With some Cesar dressing on the side. There was a bit of tomato and cucumber at one end of it, but not much. I was really disappointed.

I really have no idea how this place remains open (unless its a front for something) but its been there as long as I can remember. I hadnt been there in a LONG time so I decided to give it another try. I ordered ONE item in the drive through, drove up to the window, paid, then waited for my single item. I sat for a very long time until the guy came back to the window and asked what I was doing there. I told him and he said ooooooohhhhhhhhh yeah. Needless to say my food was destroyed by the fryer so they made another one quickly and I was on my way.

I just went through their drive-up window. I ordered a hot dog only. I gave the guy at the window a $20 because that is all I had. He insisted I only gave him a $10. He opens the cash register back up and pulls out a partially folded $10 bill and told me I gave him that. I argued back and forth with this that I know I gave him a $20 and his response was, "No, sorry!" I asked to speak with the manager and he told me he was the manager and was not giving me $10. DO NOT GO TO THIS RIP OFF PLACE! Besides that, the hot dog sucked!

This place is a great local spot!! People need to calm the hell down. It is just a burger/hot dog joint. Im going there now to get a burger with the freshest damn veggies on it. Oh and people saying microwave tamales? Who gives a shitt they are delicious! They are the same kind Gene and Judes uses but you dont see complaining over there! Give this place a try before listening to these "food professionals" giving 1 or 2 star ratings. What the hell do they know.

I like this place. It is your typical Chicago Hot Dog shop kinda place, but they have a distinctly Mexican flare to it. The food is always good and the prices are reasonable. They are a little stingy with their drinks, and getting a refill from behind the counter seems difficult at times, but the cooks are always nice and the salsa is bomb.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times. The burgers are absolutely heavenly and fries are legitimately tasty, but they have a wide selection including Mexican food. The drive through exists and can be helpful, but I’ve found the experience more consistent when eating in - the staff are generally friendly, at least.

Tried the gyros and it was bad.. months later I tried the italian beef and that was the worst italian beef Ive ever had. Beef was barely cooked and tasteless. Bread was soaked too much and soggy. Fries were good and crispy though. Also someone was eating behind the counter.. thats nasty. Avoid this place.

Quick friendly service. Staff was nice. Food was tasty and prices are good. went looking for American food but was nicely shocked with a combination of Mexican food as well! They sell beer and sell Tupperware too. Really like this place

This place is horrible...tamales were served in the plastic microwave wrapper. Tacos were just chopped up chicken breast with some lettuce and tomatoes on top. Only decent part were the fries which luckily do not take much to get right.

Couldnt even take the time to cut the onions right they put pieces of chunks of onions I bought a Giro and they do I just threw a blob of cream on it and its expensive for the for the mess they gave me never going back there again

The Gyros sandwich is awesome, they trim and then grill the meat which leaves all the grease behind, one of the best in town. Oh, try their grilled chicken on pita bread, the staff is very friendly.
