This location lacks a competent manager. My chicken was perfectly cooked facility was clean and each employee individually seemed to know how to do their jobs and well. I went to this location at 8pm when they close at 10pm. There was no one there besides me yet they were out of everything and i would have to wait 15 minutes for it to be done. Fine no big deal ill wait i like fresh chicken. I got my chicken 20 minutes later and as i said earlier it was perfect. The issues arrived when i was eating as the 3-4 people that arrived after i started eating were all told the same thing i was told. They were out of everything 30 minutes after they were out of everything. Meanwhile the manager finally shows up as a line was forming of people waiting for chicken. The manager started to berate his employees when individually they were doing tasks fine, but it was his lack of management causing them to run out of stock and not manage cooking tasks properly. I assume until this moment the manager was relaxing in the back doing nothing. It is always easy to see a store where the employees actually care yet are held back by a useless manager who has no idea how to run a restaurant.

Bought chicken here on Sunday, thought we would try them out since they just opened, WORST FOOD EVER GAVE ME AND MY FAMILY FOOD POISONING AND WAS THROWING UP SICK FOR 2 DAYS!!!!!!! brought the food back to them and all they could say was "if you didnt bring the chicken we ate they cant do anything" guess they assumed were supposed to gather all our vomit and bring it there. NEVER EATING HERE EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE AND THEY CANT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERE NOT COOKED FOOD.

Great place for lunch, i eat here often,they have some nice lunch specials (see photo). Food is always fresh and tastes just right. Every time. The only negative is the limited drinks selection and the terrible wonna-be-stylish clusterf**k of decorative pendats above the drinks section.

Fries were bland and when I asked for ketchup manager acted like she didnt hear me and closed the window. Plus the chicken drums are tiny. Not worth the money. Doesnt even fill you up.
