The woman at the drive through was RUDE. The food was the worst ever. The buns were stale, the whoppers were burnt and the fries were way over salted. I used to enjoy a whopper, I will never go back to this BK again. Tried to go to the mybkexperience web site, but it wouldnt accept my codes, BK00522, at 8:02pm on 11/19/2016, my order #305, my survey code, 205 001 400 190 120 232 40. So, on top of terrible service, the worst food Ive ever purchased from a BK, and a complete waste of over $11, I then couldnt even get through to your "bkexperience" an site... I wont be going back...

I dont unstand . Im guessing no one wants to answer the phone at all .. been trying to call in my order(20 min before giving up) .. I asked for 2 whoppers off the broiler and I received 2 cold burgers .. not happy at all .. no one is around to answer the phone and not willing to waste anymore of my time .. I only get 1/2 hour break ...order 315 date 08/28/2014 at 12:04 pm

Night crew is garbage! They just make me wait 10 mins on the drive thru then at 12:50 they turned off the lights. I called them they said they close at 1 am I said but its 12:50 and no one bothered to let us know that you about to close and just kicked us out there was like 3 cars waiting. Not coming back again. They wasted my lunch time horrible attitude

Refused to serve me and my brother after hours (at drive thru) without my car. But I live across the street 1min walking away. That was on 8/25/2011 11.15PM. Employee lady told me this is drive thru GO AWAY WE WILL NOT TAKE YOUR ORDER. I was so HUNGRY :((( WILL NEVER BE BACK. Location Manager please do your job!!!

Arrived at 11:25 pm (they close at 12) and waited in drive through for five minutes to place order... No one took my order. Finally gave up. As I was leaving, saw employee with head set on, standing outside front door just chatting. Wont be back to visit this location!

Im the only staff member that seems to wear gloves when touching food. Somehow we seem to pass health inspections even though were violating health codes left and right on a daily basis. Also dont ever try and call the store phone. Just dont.
