This is the second time going to this taco bell this year. The first time, the drink machine for dine-in guests was broke. This time I went to fill my drink with Mt. Dew and there were little pieces of black stuff floating in it. They were about the size of an ant. I dumped it out and refilled it, same issue. I told the girl behind the counter and she grabbed a cup and filled up hers. At first she didnt see it then she had this disgusted look on her face. She filled my cup from the drive-thru machine and told her manager. He didnt do anything. There was no sign put on the machine for the 15+ minutes I was there. I was watching and luckily no other customer was refilling their drink with it. I called customer service when I got in my car and they said a district manager would get a copy of the complaint but no one was going to immediately contact the location to get it fixed.

We ordered a chicken crunch wrap and a taco box through the drive through . Got home and found out we didnt get the taco box. Went back to the restaurant and the employees were rude. We saw the box sitting on the counter and they didnt even apologize. Got home one of the items in box wasnt even in there and the food was cold at this point. On top of that we got beef crunch wrap instead of chicken. Needless to say, that would be our last time going there.

This sucks, there is always something wrong with them. The food is on but, they always mess up. Today I ask for a beef taco salad and I go home hungry at 9:30 pm and they gave me a chicken salad. What the hell and I try to call the place to complain and no one to answer the phone. Im furious!!!!!!

I walked 13.6 miles today, all I was craving was a spiked Mountain Dew lemonade. I got all the way there and ordered. Then I got to the window and he told me the machine is broken. Ridiculous. Not quality Taco Bell service that Im used to receiving. Dont come here

had a worst drive through experience. order food every time something is missing or the food is in bad condition. when you try to talk to them about this employees gives you attitude. and wouldnt give me my receipt back.

The new/updated taco Bell is nice. Everyone seems to run out of empanadas these days but I still got 3 out of the 4 I asked for. The service was great too.
