I was standing at the register waiting to order. Not once did n e one say they would be with me in a minute. After a few minutes, I spoke up. The manager looked at me and rolled her eyes. I had to describe my order, of 3 bean burritos to go, 4 times. The burritos took 15 minutes for them to make. They hold the drive through as a priority over the walk in customers. They will clear the drive through b4 even stating ur order . These are the problems that occur regularly here. I only go there because I normally enjoy taco bell, and this is the only one around. Btw, when u finally get ur food....its not even hot. I will be driving to Bolingbrook for my taco bell from now on. Too bad I cant give negative stars to this franchise.

Soft tacos and filling were bad...never order them again. Cleanliness was not to fast food standards. Tables were dirty, trash flowing out of tray dump area.

Took 29 minutes out of my 30 minute lunch break to get my food. Monkeys could do better. I wish there was a way to put a half star.
