Low quality, overpriced. Cuisine for a kids palate - this place is all show. Though the college-age staff is pretty well-trained, its the fare that falls flat. I dont know what had been done to the tomatoes in our bruschetta, but they were soggy and over-red. Then they had been just about poisoned with dried basil, not fresh. (I ask, if youre not going fresh, should you put bruschetta on the menu?) The Factory tries to make up in quantity what they are not offering in quality or freshness. It doesnt work at all (and I am a lover of quantity). On to the desserts... I had cheesecake with whipped cream and strawberries. Please understand, this is cheesecake on the level of Bakers Square. If thats your thing, great. Based on the name, the location & the overwrought decor, I expected more. But the highly-colored strawberry compote reminded me of nothing more than, well, compote. The whipped cream was enhanced to keep its loft. And the cheesecake itself needed more egg, more cream cheese, and more bite. Name the factory something else; your cheesecake needs work. Right up the street to the South is Claim Jumper. Though the name sounds like a Don Knotts western movie, the place does some things right, including really huge desserts (I mean scary huge) that are fresh and delicious. Theyve got a fire grill and the food is great. Unless youre trying to impress a teenage date, skip Cheesecake Factory altogether.

We came in around 10:30 and were immediately and our waitress, Fabiana, immediately asked us would we like to order drinks with no time for us to look at the menu, we asked for more time and water, she came back within 5 minutes asking us about food like what? but we asked for more time and then she came back with like a nasty attitude as we were ordering our food and stuff. so after we got our food and drinks we didnt see her until like 30 minutes after and i asked for a refill and she lied to me telling me the soft drink machine was down but when my little brother asked a different waiter for a refill they gave him one so we had to ask the manager for refills on our drinks and then we ordered cheese cake to go and they gave us some little slices of cheesecake and no utensils with them like what, if it was possible i would give them 0 stars for the service.

The food is great and I love going here. I had one bad visit and when I mean it was bad it was HORRIBLE! We got seated and our waiter was supper quiet but I didnt let that really change my attitude towards him later to find out after he took our order he never came back we had to flag down every single waiter passing by for things we needed which was a hassle when going to a restaurant to enjoy your food and when we got the manager to come and all he did was say sorry for the inconvenience and the original waiter said sorry and got out checks. Then he brings the wrong check for our table lol. Still good food though. To some it up the manager sucks and the waiter we got sucks wont say his full name but it started with a E.

Absolutely gone down hill! There was a time when it was pretty good as the service and the food! Now McDonalds offers better service and quality. Im or use to be a 2-3 X per week patron where I actually know all of the bartenders, servers etc. As of late, they are all gone and I wounder why? The manager that sees me eating at least once twice per week has waked by me many times without even saying "Hello" How was your food? Nothing. Well, this is the or was the last time I and my family, friends and clients will be dinning at the CHEESECAKE FACTORY, Lincolnshire! Management should take a lesson from a real leader! Maybe if Mr. Tom Davis or GM Mike would address these matters, maybe your past loyal customers would return?

Asked the waitress to bring sons food out early and they forgot to do that; a grilled cheese shouldnt take 20 plus minutes. My family members food (nachos) was not made as requested and had to be sent back to remove the peppers. They returned the nachos and most of the chips were burnt, cheese covering most of the burned areas. Chicken? what chicken... like 4-5 small pieces. Although my burger was cooked as ordered and good, I had to actually wait for the onion rings before I could eat it. That took about 8 minutes. So, I sat there waiting to eat my burger until they brought the onion rings. Yes, the onion rings were part of the order, not specially requested.

Very delicious food,horrible customer service! !!!!front desk girl is insane!first of all she has to learn how to smile and responde to the customer nicely! If you don't like your job you're are more than welcome to find a different one!don't ruin people's dinner with your attitude. Second of all she wouldn't give us a tables we were asking for and had us move from one table to another two times.on top of everything we had to wait for a server to come almost 15min!I loved the food but the whole atmosphere and customer service just ruined everything, I will never recommended this location to my friends or come back myself!

Got guacamole and chips... had a very bad guac to chip ratio, had to ask for more chips. Gauc was chunky and hard to scoop. Ordered fish and chips, fish was heavily breaded and overcooked, tasted terrible. The fries tasted like cardboard and the ketchup was bad too, and also we waited way too long for bad food. I tried some of the milkshake, it was overly milky and not thick at all. This place isnt good so dont waste your time coming, cant say I see the hype. Maybe come here for just cheesecake, but you can probably get better cheesecake at some locally owned place.

worst experience ever. Went for Mothers day brunch. Had 9:45 am reservations. They sat us, we did not get water until 10:15. They brought the hard bread first! When we approached the manager to say Hey where is the water, he said they were doing there best and he started to mouth off to my mother!! He had no respect nor were they trying their best! They werent event at full capacity! It was not busy until we were leaving! The food was horrific! Terrible...will NEVER go back to this location again. And manager was very unprofessional.

All food tastes like it was cooked hours ago and then reheated. Burrito Grande is dry as a jerky and all the time (when ordered for pickup) I have to remind staff to make sure ALL sides are included with the dish. Hibachi stake is under-cooked and chewy like sole, salad is not fresh, etc. Seems like there is no quality control in this place! Freakin disaster. Also when ordering by phone staff puts you on hold for too long. Lincolnshire location used to be a great before. Its getting worse and worse now.

Service was bad considering there werent to busy and the food, so disappointed. I always love the chicken and biscuit and this time it was a disaster. Seems like theyre stingy with the food now, the biscuits were hard as a rock, there were barely any mash potatoes on the plate. Then my girls plate was a joke, three shrimp and a 5 inch piece of fish!!! Who gets full with that little portion of food! I use to love the cheesecake factory but after this visit, I will not return ever and not recommended it.
