I would give it a 3.5 if I could. We came in almost as soon as it was closing.. although I thought they were opened much later. When Me and my friend walked in, about 10 other people did too... So I thought they werent closing soon. They had almost NOTHING ready. The food that was prepared looked as if it sat out all day. The food looked very dry and old honestly. The people in the back were cooking up new stuff just for this mini rush. They said I would have to wait 5 minutes for the new food to come out. It really took about 15 but eh, I wasnt in much of a hurry. They made new Chow Mein and Beijing Beef other entrees. I chose the Chow mein with 2 entrees... The JUST COOKED chow mein was DISGUSTING Im sorry. It had NO flavor and it was so dry and gross I felt like I was eating rubber. I asked to exchange it for the white rice... which i was scared of since I didnt see them cook new rice. The rice was MUCH better it was moist and it wasnt rubbery. The lady working the food line was nice, I could tell she was tired though so I tried to be an easy customer. The place was decent, it was night time so I could tell they havent done a sweep through or change of garbage yet. Room for improvement: Be honest to the line of customers when telling them how much time is left, if you dont know just say you dont know. Some people might be in a hurry... Although I wasnt and I wasnt bothered by that at all. A compliment: Those workers were mindful of the customers, easy to work with and handled the mini rush well. They did not seem to rush us which is surprising. They stayed open much later than 10 that night and it didnt seem like they were very bothered by it.

Food tastes great, but I havent gotten food from this Panda Express & the Panda Express on 27th St correctly, what I mean by that is that my order is always either messed up someway or the workers LACK HELLA HARD when they are putting food on my plate... If I had names to mention, I would mention them but I havent gone in a while. The only thing that these 2 Panda Expresses are good at is giving you a free meal voucher that they give you when your order gets messed up or lacked like hell.

My experience was horrible, my fiance and I ordered 2 entree to go and had to wait for teryiki chicken for 20 mins. We werent the only ones waiting in line for our food a good hand full of ppl were waiting to.. By the time we sat and eat our rice was dry and the chicken was burnt and they flipped the chicken over so we couldnt see it. We got 2 cookies for waiting for our food 20 mins later and burnt!!! I wouldnt recommend anyone to eat at this Panda Express go to a different location!!

If youre looking for something fast and tasty thats not a burger or taco, this is the place to go. The food is generally kept fresh and the staff always has a smile to give. Expect a bit of a wait during the busy hours, as its a high traffic area. The amount of food is good for the value and wont leave you with that greasy feeling in your gut.

Decent food. China Max is better (in Southridge Mall). But for the prices, they are higher than other fast Chinese places. Not authentic Chinese, but the food is okay. I like getting the mushroom chicken with veggies on the side. The orange chicken, sweet fire chicken, and the Cream Cheese "crab": Rangoon arent bad, either.

The food was delicious, even better than expected. The service was kinda rude. That caught me by surprise that the lady who took are order and made our plates had an attitude towards us. However the food was great. Possibility if I have the food from here again I will go through the drive through.

Actually pretty good. before my visit here I had came to know Panda Express as the place in the mall with okay food. I was impressed by the new look and the different menu options available. Food was good, Id go back for a quick meal again. Its fast and already made which is the best thing.

No frequent issues. I dont have any issues on time of service. One time someone forgot to pull the chicken out of the freezer so they hadnt had any chicken plates. If they are in the process of making a dish, theyll bring it to you once complete. They are very accommodating to customers.

Need to update their hours online. Plenty of people came at 11 and doors were closed. Ordered inside Togo and I got no utensils. Annoyed that I couldnt even eat my food and their hours werent right so I had to hussle around their time. Basically my day was not good after this.

I love the food but the service is really bad, they serve you a ridiculous amount of food and not what you are paying for and when you ask them to serve you a little bit more they get mad and make silly faces like im not giving you more food.

I used to really like Panda Express when it first came out, now its plain nasty. The corn in the fried rice is gross, and the other vegetables are still hard. China max at south ridge is so much better. Wont be stopping here again.

Bog-standard Panda Express, which means theyre one of my favorite restaurants. Clean, efficient, and attentive. They close a touch on the early side on the weekends, but thats just the Night Owl in me complaining.

This is the worst place that I have been to for Chinese Food which is not even cooked by Chinese People. If you want some great Chinese Food, I recommend going to Cheng Wong at 1631 Miller Park Way.

Busy, but friendly and efficient. Panda isnt that great a value (you get more food for the same price at a neighborhood Chinese place), but the food is consistent and prepared fresh.

Food is good, but the service... not so much. They will stand there and totally ignore you while they serve the drive thru, no matter how long the line in the restaurant gets.

Usually very slow service and long wait times for food. Not one of the better Panda locations. Its not one of the worst but is consistently slow.

Not bad at all for a fast food chinese restaurant. It is like Taco Bell for Mexican but this is chinese. Dont compare the two.
