This is the 4th or 5th time ordering take out from here....our order was so messed up. The girl taking the order on the phone seem distracted. After repeatedly saying what we wanted, she read it all back to me correctly. 3 items were wrong when I went to pick it up. This place has gotten our order wrong 100% of the time. The manager on duty did whatever her could to make it right for us but it was too late. When he gave me our order and went over the order....again, it was missing something from the first time they tried to give me it. I do not want to come back but the food is good, so we will probably continue to deal with the issues.

The carry-out experience is always great. They show you what youve ordered to make sure its right, which is always appreciated. The dine-in experience leaves a lot to be desired. We have given them many chances to redeem themselves, but every time, we are reminded why we never dine in. It seems that our servers have always been really attentive to other tables that order alcohol, but not to us since we dont. The last time we went in, our waiter actually came up to us and said "Are you done?" with that attitude that suggested that he wanted us out of there. Ill go here for carry-out, but will not return to dine in.

Almost laughable incompetence when it comes to carry-out orders. We have done take-out there five times or so, and every time they messed something up. Sometimes just missing sauces, sometimes missing entire meals. Twice we were comped wings as a result, but everytime we take meals to go something is wrong. Poor management to blame, because they need some way of verifying orders before they are picked up. Employees need to know how to do this - need to be trained properly.

Great service, average to lame food. I have had some surprisingly good service here, better than other BWWs. The food is usually just average pub food in my opinion, but the last time I went I nearly choked on the an incredibly dry piece of grilled chicken. Its not easy getting grilled chicken right, but this was one of the worst Ive ever had. Again the service was great, and I didnt hassle a good waitress over a bad chef.

Me & My boyfriend went there for our first time in that location , ive been to others but the wings werent as good as the other places , the wings here were more soft & i love that. our service was good tooo! Nathan , our server was really cool & he stayed on top of his job. Overall nice place , & our service was great , thanks to Nathan! :)

Im not understanding why its become so expensive. Theyve got better options, but smaller portion sizes and eerily expensive prices (from years previous and than other locations). A bit different than their norm... however, the food and service does NOT disappoint. Its a comfy place that still has a fun factor, when you Love Sports!

Too many tvs. Its almost a sensory overload. Alanna was a great server for our large group. I dont care for the wings. I feel theyve gotten cheap over the years. And the place is way too expensive. I got 20 wings, two tall boys, and two shots and my bill was $56 which included an 18% gratuity because we were a group.

Teribble managment, probably the Rudest staff ever, they dont care about the customers. They raised their already high prices, and when they run sales they cut back on portion sizes. All they care about is taking your money!

Ive been coming here many years now. Its a good location, the service and staff is always on point, and the current management seems to have it together. Clean, just the right atmosphere. Great place to watch a game too.
