I went here when I was attending a convention downtown, as it is a convenient place to eat and I enjoy chinese food. Line was long, which was to be expected due to convention goers. However, they ran out of the item which I really wanted, orange chicken. I was prepared to switch my order, but they said it would be done in 5 minutes. I decided to wait, when they rung me up for only 1 entree (I got two, with one side). Seeing me waiting, the cashier asked if I was waiting for something, which I said was the orange chicken. Eventually, the orange chicken came out, but heres where the one star came from: They charged me for an entree. Instead of getting charged for their plate, which is 1 side and 2 entrees, I got charged for 1 side and 1 entree, PLUS another entree, which is more. I was so done that I didnt even care anymore. I probably wont come back.

Worst experience on my lunch break EVER! I work downtown and when I arrived there was barely any meats available. I had to wait "seven" mins for my beef and broccoli to be cooked since there was none...which was more like 10 mins. I also had ordered a chicken egg roll but instead of putting mine aside or simply making sure there were steady rolls being made I had to wait an ADDITIONAL 6 minutes for my egg roll. Entirely I waited over 25 mins for my meal and all the worker asked me if Id like was a small drink. I waited almost half my lunch hour if not more and did not have time to even eat!! The portion of beef and broccoli was small and the orange chicken was spicier than expected because when I asked if it was spicy I was told no...its sweet. I will NEVER go to this Panda Express again!

Since I live just two blocks away and enjoy the convenience this restaurant affords, I have visited this Panda several times. Food quality ranges from excellent (when the entrees have been freshly prepared shortly after opening 10:30AM) to inedible (anything after the lunch rush until closing). Heaven forbid you visit when they are not busy...the limited selection of overcooked food that should have been thrown away will disappoint. If staring at empty steam trays excites you, this is your place.

Its 1930 at night and this place should beable to handle more than one person in line... It has been 15+ minutes. 3 people Infront has gotten their order done. There are now 10 behind me who will be waiting as long or longer than me. This is ridiculous and very irritating that it is taking this long I could get better service at the DMV. Staff more people at dinner time!

Food was cold and extremely dry tastes like they left it out all night. Unflavored would never eat here again or recommend anyone going here..was almost scared to eat it in fear or catching food poisoning

They always start working from 10:30, not 10. And when Im choosing place where I want to have breakfast its important. Cause I spent 25 mins to get here and they just started cooking

Last night I visit to your location, food look like sitting for while and so much salt I couldnt finish my meal I just eat White rice and Left I never visit this location again
