HI, We just wanted to thank you again for your generous contribution to our Lyme Disease awareness fundraiser. Your products were wonderful,I personally took pleasure in having people bring me their bagels to have me grill them over the charcoal grill. The food is great but the pissy attitude of multiple employees is not appreciated. The managers seem to be fine but most of the rest of the people seemed annoyed that they work there and need to interact with customers. Sorry, but if you hate your job you should quit and let someone else collect your paycheck.

I literally just walked up to the counter and the girl was on me like right away not Hello or at all friendly. I go to check out I had a coupon that was emailed to me by Einsteins and the manager or whoever checked me out was rude and crabby. Didnt feel welcome here

Compared to other Einstein Bros, this place isnt the best. They are very skimpy with how much lox they give you on the bagels, and the coffee was barely lukewarm. Bagels were still pretty good, but just the experience wasnt the best.

Very poor service by rude employee,looked like she dropped the bagel on the ground behind counter and still put it in my bag,when I got home I noticed she gave me someone else receipt, I will never go back .
