Probably just had my worst Toco Bell experience to date. Pull up, only 3 cars are there, i hear the girl say hold on for a min. 20 minutes later i finally got to order. Had my buddy in the car, asked to have 2 separate orders, they refused. Made me wait another 3 minutes before i.could even order. Asked for an item...twice, didnt end up the order. The cashier then didnt tell me a total nor give me a receipt. Got home, the food wasnt even that good. Will never go back and would never recommend them to anyone. Tomorrow morning i will be calling corporate.

Worst experience Ive ever seen the manager on duty was drawing on herself with ink pen and on others 2 were in the cooler horse around the bathroom was so dirty I couldnt sit on it along with my 2 year old that was sleeping so I had to hold him while useing the restroom I was ignored for 5 mins it was horrible now I have a toddler throwing a fit BC he wanted taco bell

Ordered, then told to pull around to lot to wait for order. Order brought oyt was missing item. Dining room was locked up. Banged on door to get help. Worker offered additional items to make up for mistake. While there, another drive thru customer also returned, had wrong items.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I hate this place. Always forget to put your complete order in the bag. Always have to pull up & wait. Food is cold, not fresh at all. I wouldnt recommend this place if it were the last restaurant on earth.

Very slow.. not friendly staff.. they have messed up my order alot..the taco bell on rt 30 is better and faster.. even tho its more 5 mins for me to go there i would go to that one..

Closed way too early. I went there at 830 p.m today drive thru and you said you was close. What kind of place closes at 830 p.m your door says you open till 11:00 on weekdays. Wth

The staff is HORRIBLE!! YES I called the corporate office to send someone there to close it down until a entire NEW, CLEAN AND ORGANIZED crew is readily available for employment.
