This was my husbands favorite restaurant in the area. We frequently visit just about every Sunday. Our visit today was worst ever in life. Told that we were being watched by management because my son some of his drink with his brother. We waited a very long time for our waitress to refill our drinks. We had to request other wait staff for help. Madi was our server told us that we would have to pay an additional $2 for the amount of refills. Out of the 4 drinks purchased we received 2 refills during our visit. I thought free refills were free. We spent $60 on our meal. Because of the harassment wanted to leave a cash tip, less than the billed 15% gratuity. We were then accused of 6 people sharing one drink by the "owner". I guess $2 was worth more than the continued patronage of this new business in Joliet. Needless to say I can spend my money where my business is appreciated & management show gratitude not racial suspicions.

Just recently stopped by for the first time ordered the Gourmet Burger, & received the wrong order, before I or my waitress could noticed I took a French Fry off the plate. My waitress was about to take the order back before what I presume to be the manager stepped in. She said I had to take it now because I took something off the plate. Even though it was not my fault? & I understand an honest mistake. However this burger had mushrooms in it which I absolutely hate! What if I was allergic to mushrooms? If I was the manager I would have replaced the burger with the correct one. Only reason, I am giving two stars and not one is because my waitress was very friendly and my rating has nothing to go against her. However, I will not be returning!! As the food was not that great to begin with. Would rather go to Crispy Waffle a few miles down on Weber. Thanks!

Had been recommended warned about service but we had to see for ourselves. Walked in got seated girls ordered I asked how many eyes in the huevos rancheros plate waitress Rachel says two I say okay I said add a third make the over eyes with tortillas. Food brought what do I get scrambled eggs with jala she looks at me and says it was stated in the menu. I say really wow to top it off she says the 2 owners are here I said I dont want this Ill take a burger. She says I dont know if they take it off the ticket Ill hae to ask. Hostess gets involved the first thing out of her mouth is this is an American restaurant. I said well then maybe you shouldnt serve mexican plates what disrespect t. Being from out of state I seriously warn you all about the service and look at fine print. Dam what a sad experience never again. A.C.

Horrible Service. I took my wife there on Saturday 13 August 2016 she had never been there and I went one time before. We walked in and the hostess took us to a booth threw the menus on the table and walked away without saying like your waitress will be with you in a moment or anything. Then another lady came and didnt ask if we wanted anything to drink I had to ask for what I wanted. Very unfriendly service and Ive very disappointed

Waited forever to get seated than after I was seated almost 10 minute wait for coffee,could understand if it was busy but it was not,food finally arrived and it was one the worst omelets I ever had very large but mostly undercooked potatoes" sausage" gravy over biscuits with no sausage in it.was recommended by a local,guess they didnt like me much. Do not recommend and I will never eat here again.

This was the best breakfast Ive had in a LONG time... not only was the food amazing, but the staff is on top of it. I was taken care of immediately and efficently in a friendly manner, and the food didnt take long after ordering. Ive never been to a big apple pancake house before, but I can say that Id definitely come here again.

Tried Big Apple the first time about 2 months ago. Have returned 3 more times with guests. I always get the chopped steak breakfast which has been prepared perfectly every time. The taste was unbeatable. Friendly and efficient hostess and wait staff. My guests have been very pleased as well. Thanks to all; Ill be back!

My husband and I are baby boomers.That is a big plus when you go to Final Cut steak house at Hollywood Casino in Joliet.. We sat in an oversized curved booth and the Frank Sinatra Dean Martin and various other crooners were being played on their sound system the whole time we were there.

The decor needs work, but the service is efficient and prompt. The place is clean and the food is excellent. Nothing to rave about but certainly what you would expect for the price which is fairly accommodating to all classes. I did like how the portions were more than filling.

My wifes plate had a hair I was not expecting to get a free plate when is was time to paid they ask me how was everything . The manager stared giving me a bunch of bs telling me pretty much I was lying in my face. If u are not going to do anything dont ask hows everything..

This is a awesome, wonderful family restaurant on the west side of Joliet. They have a large menu to choose from for breakfast, Lunch. This place closes at,3:00 PM on week days. They even have healthy options to choose from on their menu.

This restaurant is located in the Hollywood Casino in Joliet, IL. One of the best dining experiences weve had in a while. Outstanding service and food. Definitely worth stopping in even if you arent gambling.

The food is terrible.....nothing is fresh. Its all terribly processed and mostly microwaved frozen food. Portions are large, so if thats all youre looking for, head on over.
