I want to start by saying my food was fresh and that it was hot and the dining area is clean. With all the nice things I have to say out of the way. Miguel is by far the worst sever in the history of ever. There was a man who had trouble seeing the menu board the server became very short and impatient with him because he was taking his time trying to make his selection because he didnt see items that he wanted the gentlemen between me and him was kind enough to be patient and help him find all of the items on the menu that he wanted which the server behind the counter didnt want to do he walked away several times to go look at food just to see if it was hot or whatever he was doing but he was not being attentive to his customers needs then when the gentleman between me and the handicapped gentleman got to the counter he was short with him as well about his order the bathrooms here are filthy the gentleman I was with refuses to use them after going in simply to wash his hands and the rest of the staff on hand seem to not care whats going on.

Im sorry about the rate but one employee can make the difference between a good review or a horrible review such is the case in this comment, I came to this location and I was quickly received by this employee bad attitude, his name was Miguel and his bad manners show up as soon as I asked him a question, I asked: whats the difference between a Texass and a Triple Whopper, he could not answer and he only limited to say next, in my mind I was thinking get out of here and never come back but the food was good and the guy running the orders had a good attitude, I just hope that someone has a chat with this Miguel and if service is not for him maybe find something else to do.

I tend to special order my orders to ensure they are fresh and hot. I understand that in doing this, Im going to have to wait additional time...however, the last time I was at this location, I waited more than 15 minutes for a hot chicken sandwich and fries. It was not peak busy times and there was several staff just standing around in the back not doing anything. I will think twice about going back inside this restaurant.

Horrible experience ordered 2 whoppers with extra mayonnaise and a large fry and received 2 sandwiches cold without tomato very little lettuce and cold French fries stay away from this Burger King if you Whats good for you
