Hoy, 10 de mayo 10:53 p.m. fui a comprar 2 cheese, burger con papas y sodas medianas, me cobraron $15.23 y nunca me dieron mi recibo,. Solo me dio mi cambio de 2 centavos. Y las hamburguesas tenia el pollo muy mal sabor. Espero te tome acción y me regresen mi dinero, porque las hamburguesas las tire por el mal olor y sabor. Gracias.

I must say... I have noticed a big improvement the last couple of weeks in professionalism and customer service! Customer service wasnt really an issue before, but professionalism was. The dining room has been cleaner! I was getting a table while waiting on my order, but my food was brought to me! The dining room appearance is pretty depressing looking though. Looks dark and plain. Other then the "vibe", everything else is good!

This place is garbage, had to wait 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. They had no ice, no powerade and their pop was flat. After complaining to the manager, one of there employees throws the bag of food to me. Then he wants to act like a tough guy balling his fist. Manager takes his side saying hes just a child. I dont know how this place is still in business. Worst Burger King Ive ever been to

The worst burger king ever. Its just 18 year olds who mess around too much and take forever to take your order through the drive thru. We were at the drive thru for more than 5 minutes until they finally acknowledged us. They said "sorry but were not taking orders at the moment". Another time I was here, they forgot to give me 2 large fries. Dont come to this place.

Nothing. The food is horrible. I have been to other burger kings and they cant conpare. I waited almost 30 min for hot fries to be ready and when i ate them they tasted frozen. I never give bad reviews but it was horroble. I do not plan on ever stopping by again.

They are realy slow. I waited in the drive threw for them to take my order no one ever served me so. I pulled up to the window and they were busy talking and laughing. Plus they never have what you want because they ran out. THIS PLACE NEEDS PROPER EMPLOYEES.

I got the 5 for $4. The burger was cold, chicken nuggets were burnt and cold, the cookie was stale and the drink didnt even come with ice. I asked for sweet n sour sauce and received ketchup and buffalo sauce. The only good thing I got were the fries.

I ordered the double bacon king meal. When I received the meal the meats ( bacon and beef patties ) was overcook and extremely dry. As I Looked around the restaurant I noticed it was quite dirty. I will never purchase a meal here again.
