I visited Burger Bar on a Saturday night, and there was only one other couple eating here, which seems strange to me because their burgers are phenomenal! This place deserves more recognition and customers. The establishment was incredibly clean, modern, and just an all-around nice place to hang out. I think they also have some of the friendliest staff than any other restaurant Ive eaten at in the Tri-Cities. Ill definitely be back.

There was hardly anyone in there when we arrived and took 30 plus minutes to get the food. Burger had zero flavor except for the charred edges. The sweet potato fries were great, milkshake was ok but way over priced. Very poor service. Would NOT recommend eating there ever. We could have eaten at Red Lobster for the price of 2 burgers and 2 shakes.

Burger Bar is a great place to eat. It is just off the Roan at the Double Tree. The burgers are the best!!! I love the different buns and different sauces. I have never seen so different topping for a burger. My wife likes the portabella mushroom its as big as a burger. If you want a great burger this is the place to go.

Best burger in the Tri-Cities. Better than five guys or Fuddruckers. The meat is better... the Buns better.... try it with the parmesan fries. This would also be a good spot to take a client to lunch. Its quiet. Service isnt too fast. So you have time to discuss whatever you need to. And enjoy the best burger in town.

Just my experience has been met with difficulty, from improperly charging my card, to forgetting some of my order when I did room service and then apparently they dont do take out or have to-go boxes.

Meat had no flavor. Food was cold. Milkshake was good, just expensive. Took for ever to get our food. I do not recommend eating there.
