Went out with the wife for a lunch date. Saw some of the reviews and decided to try Fines. Wife ordered a wet Italian beef on garlic bread with tots and I ordered a double cheese burger with fries. Wife really enjoyed her beef. I didnt care for the cheddar spread on the burger, it didnt taste right. I mentioned it to the staff and they made me a whole new burger with American cheese. My suggestion would be to ask what kind of cheese the customer wants or at least explain it is a cheddar spread. Good customer service, we will probably bring the kids back. They also have a gluten free bun option.

Third time here, and 2nd bad experience. I wanted to try the steak wrap my second visit but they were out of steak...got a cheeseburger instead and it wasnt very good. The cheese was weird tasting. Went again tonight and got the steak wrap. Honestly there was probably 5 or 6 very small pieces of steak in the entire wrap....it was practically filled with lettuce. So disappointing as I ordered the steak medium rare and it was cooked to perfection but the amount of steak in the wrap was beyond minimal. Dont think Ill be coming back.

Awesome! is the best way to describe Fines! Im always greeted with a big smile and made to feel very welcome, and they are very patient and accommodating when taking my order (because I want my food the way I want it, not necessarily the way it is offered on the menu). The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, the service is warm and friendly and the food is great! Fines is definitely 5 Star! I highly recommend you experience it for yourself, and once you do I know you will be a repeat customer.

I have on and off gone into this restaurant since it opened. In a dozen times, not once was the pork sandwich available. This Is like going to McDonalds and ordering a big Mac, and every time saying were out of that.I quite frankly cannot understand or fathom all these good reviews. My experience has been extremely lackluster. I have never once in a dozen times gotten the meal that I wanted. Theres no excuse for this and I cant wait for a new restaurant to open there!

I have only had the amazing salads at Fines up until today. Today I heard that Thursdays are BEEF day at Fine’s. So I strayed from my usual and order the beef; wet; HOT peppers. Where’s the Beef? Apparently at Fine’s. It came with a large portion of fresh cut fries golden brown just the way I like them, and a drink. The beef was perfect and the size was generous. It was a filling meal and very tasty. I will go back again and again.

Went for first time last week. Had a great steak & onion sandwich. The wife had a nice wrap. The kids opted for plain dogs & cheese fries. I took one look at the fries & knew I had to try them lol. Fresh cut & what looked like merks cheese. They were as good as they looked! This place has all the standard dogs, burgers & fries. It also offers a lighter side including salads, wraps & more. I will be back!

Real good beef sand. I have had beefs all over the city so I feel that I am qualified to say truly one of the best beef sandwiches, one could say Finest but I dont because I do not like puns. The meat is perfect thickness, texture, and taste. The beef is packed in the roll, all fresh. Next time I am getting the combo beef & sausage.

We love the family atmosphere. Every time we visit, its like were in the Fines personal living room. The food is always good. Sometimes restaurants that have a wide variety of items, cant keep the quality high. Thats not the case with Fines. Weve had everything from burgers to salads. They all rock!

This guys got the best damn salad bar around! I just had a salad that is called the Noahs Ark, its two of every meat on top of a gigantic salad. It was amazing. Everything here is delicious. They even have some really interesting novelty Fountain drinks like real ginger ale you gotta check it out.

I had a meeting here with my friend Cody, the experience was fantastic. you can tell that many people in the community gather at this place. the owners daughter, Jessica, suggested that I try the Italian beef sandwich. both that sandwich and Codys BBQ chicken salad was very good.

I love the cheeseburgers here and the fries are great! I have recently started ordering the salads here and the salads are equally delicious. The seating area is bright and open with floor to ceiling windows. Another favorite spot for my family to go for lunch or dinner.

I have been to Fines many times now and I have always loved every thing! The burgers are fantastic and the chili dogs are what I now crave. I love to get a chili dog and a Green River soda to go along with it. I highly recommend Fines to anyone I know with confidence.

Love Fines. The food is great and love the salads as well as the burgers and chicken sandwiches. The atmosphere is clean and the whole Fine Family are wonderful to be around. Of course, the hot dogs are pure delicious "chicago" hot dogs!

Fines is incredible! The food is not only fresh but they have a wonderful salad bar. My father and I go for lunch all of the time and the Fine family is always so welcoming. What a great addition to the Libertyville neighborhood!

The worst place I have ever eaten at I ordered a cheese dog and some cheese fries and instead of cheese I got some kind of nasty orange paste that was slightly cheese tasting that I wouldnt even consider imitation cheese

The moment I walked in Fines I wanted get some fries. They were awesome along with my Chardog with grilled onions. The menu is very comprehensive to please many of my food needs. I will definitely be back!
