Frankly, the staff is friendly and quite the team! I visit this location every so often and I have nothing bad to say at all! I just left the store and I was appalled to see a customers rude actions toward these employees! An employee was cleaning windows and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Tyler, who seemed a little newer and shy, greeted me right away at the counter even though he was helping someone else. He was polite and didnt slop the food around which was appreciated! As soon as he was getting backed up because there was a big complicated order, Miranda(?), stepped in to help. When she had to correct him on something, she was polite and empathetic. When more customers came in because this rude "gentleman" was giving Tyler(?) a hard time, some of the other girls were right on top of it to offer a helping hand. The food service industry is a hard business but they acted like a real team. The "gentleman" stormed off right before Miranda (?) could ring up his order (which was already boxed up and ready to go) and I couldnt help but leave good reviews for the kind of calm and helpful team they seem to be!

Not a great location!! very slow and not that much of customer friendly! So i come in and order my food (mind you it is lunch time so i would assume that people would be prepared for a lunch rush!)! they ran out of one of the items i order and the guy stated that it will be just a few mins so i said OK and waited. i had already paid for my food and drink order and was still waiting there for my food then lady seen me standing there and asked what i needed and i told her that i am waiting for my food then she was trying to make me pay for my food again and gave me attitude when i told her i already paid for my food!!!! So finally after waiting for about 10 mins my order was finally ready!!! So now Im at work trying to rush to eat my cold meal and i noticed that my co-workers egg rolls and my rangoons are missing so i tried calling a bunch of times just trying to get some type of credit since i am not allowed to leave work again to pick it up and there was NO ANSWER!!!!!!! I am extremely PISSED cause I ate a cold meal and lost out on some cash since no one knows how to answer the phone!!!!

The food was good but we had a tough time finding the place because their outside lights were turned off... until we notified them. Two of the three lights in the mens bathroom were burned out. When I told one of the employees, he said that he knew. So why couldnt you change a couple of light bulbs? Most of the tables were also dirty. Aside from the good food, the place lacked good management and attention to detail. Maybe they will smarten up in the future. Not tonight though.

Ordered a meal for myself and my kid then I was told to wait 4 min for my kids chow mein then I get home to find out that my order was incomplete I got nothing but scraps from the bottom of the chow mein pan. So I drove right back gave them the food and got my money back they tryed to feed me for free but I said nope give me my money never again the worst Panda Express.

Staff is always friendly, and when I ask for something special for my toddler, they are always happy to get me what I request. We like Panda because the food is good, and not nearly as greasy as traditional Chinese food. We always enjoy Panda.

The worst panda meal i ever had. The chicken was full of fat...the steak was tuff as leather....the fried rice was like mash potatoes. Teriyaki sauce all over eveything in the bag. One star for friendly people. We wont be back!

Took almost 10 min getting my food!! If you ppl arnt gonna move faster maybe you shouldnt have a drive threw thats all Im saying very unhappy and still rude .... I almost never complain but this was ridicules

Fried rice. Sweet N Fire Chicken and Broccoli N Beef. My choice. HINT #1 order to go and your portion will be bigger then dine in. HINT #2 check your drive up order. They like mess it up.
