Absolutely disgusted, ordered meals and there was many black hairs in the white rice, my boyfriend thought I was overreacting till he found hair in his shrimp..my daughter was so disgusted she threw up, I called to let them know and they told me to come in and get a refund and to bring the food. When I got to the restaurant I was asked to show them the hair...in front of all the customers, she saw some..and said ok well since you ate some of the food we can only partially refund you!!! The manager would not even come out and talk to me..... I am mortified that I ate any of that food after finding what we did.....would not recommend to anyone and am calling corporate tomorrow for the terrible Customer service!

Hair all in my food!!! I didnt realize it until my daughter pointed it out and not just one little piece of hair, im talking about hair all over my shrimp entree and all over the white rice she was eating and then after she noticed it my wife noticed it in her white rice as well! Im shocked because i eat there all the time. Manager refused to speak with my wife when she went back to return the food!!!! As if she was scared to speak with her because this must be a frequent issue! Calling health department asap! None of the cooks (females) or servers wear hair nets or anything while cooking or serving food!! #disgusted

Walked in at 7:30 and had only three options of meat. We asked why there was no food and were told that they stop cooking an hour before close. Understandable except you close at 9. Asked how long it would take for the meat I like and was told it would be fifteen/twenty minutes. The worker did nothing to make the situation better, didnt seem to care that they had no food, and allowed us to walk out without saying anything. We asked to speak to a manager and they said there wasnt one there. WOW.

The service here was awful. Walked in and stood there waiting to order for a decent amount of time. The server behind the counter completely ignored me. Other people walked in while I was standing there, all of a sudden shes taking their orders, like I was a ghost! I had to walk out on principal alone. Why would I spend my hard earned money with people who could look right at me and not even see that I am standing there for no other reason but to patronize Panda Express!

Terrible service. Fountain drinks out of order. Rice is bad compared to other pandas. No flavor of its own. And they give you so little of whatever main dish you have compared to other spots. I always get a bowl with rice and orange chicken and this time I received a ton of terrible rice and 3/4 of a spoon of orange chicken. I will not be coming back.

Some of the worst service you will ever experience. The food is standard as it is a chain restaurant. But there is no excuse about not having any food and having to wait a very long time to get it. How do you not forecast when are your busy times are in what foods run out the fastest? Just makes me very angry to wait so long in a fast food restaurant.

More than 30 minutes before closing time I walked in and was told "this is all we have left cor the night, we are not cooking anymore"... seriously? Really bad attitude from the person and all they had left was rice and two other other entrees. I have never been to a place that does this, if you advertise your hours business hours, honor them.

Make sure you show up an hour before closing or you get treated very badly. We got there at 8:30 and watched them run off people. We were the last to get service. At least we got to listen to vacuuming and pots and pans banging around as they cleaned!!!! Must not have any management at quitting time. Will never come back!!

Attention management: This place never stays open until their posted hours! Employees stop making food and are cleaning the store an hour before close. Doors were locked at 8pm

I got a plate which is 2 entrees and a "side". they gave me a huge pile of rice and a tiny bit of the entree. Ripped off. Your better off going to real Chinese place.
