I have never try wings from winstop heard many good things about this place. The wings and fries were awesome when i was there with my boyfriend. We both got the 10piece 2flavor combo so i got the mild and terayaki flavor and he got the original flavor. When i took a bite of the wing it was so good and fresh the wings didnt taste greasy and this place is very clean you can see the cooks preparing your food. They have plenty of room for sitting. The guy in the cashier told us it will be ready in 14mins good service and it took less then that time which was great because i was hungry.I am a person who has a sensitive stomach and to be honest with you the wings didnt bother me :) i will be coming back to this place again..

Some of the workers arent exactly the best in terms of attitude, service and taking in orders particularly one where me and my brothers were right in front of him ready to order yet he just looked at us bored. Thanks to the manager I would say and another Worker, we were able to get our orders though. The tables and floor arent always clean albeit that being more the problem of the customers that dont clean up after themselves but nice and cool atmosphere. The food is good, especially the ranch and fries, although sometimes on some occasions when asking for boneless I get ones with bones. But through those complaints its a good and cheap fast food restaurant if you want chicken if its not BDUBs.

Best WINGSTOP LOCATION IN ILLINOIS! My boyfriend took me here for my first time last year and ever since then we go atleast twice a month. Original hot and lemon pepper are the BEST! All the workers even know my name now and the environment is awesome . Its soooo good! I recommend this place to Everyone . Plus they stay on top of cleaning right away when people leave and keep up ! Super fast ! I love this place . I am committed to working out and I am always at the gym but when I have my cheat meal .. I come here. I introduced so many friends to wingstop BUT THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST ! Ive been to every single one in Illinois too. I love you Adam you have changed my life

Omg i cant believe this place is,still in business!!! This place is horrible! Got the $20 deal 3 boneless choice. Yuuk. They were hard,hard to chew, the garlic parmigian was horrible, it was just powder over the chicken. The seasoned frys were not good either, they were sweet. Yuk. This was our first time there and our last. I will NEVER go to wing stop again. Were sticking with buffelo wild wings!!!

So I was unfamiliar with the way wing stops ordering goes they ended up charging me 26$ for wings mind you I was only ordering wings for one person not once did the person try to specify that it was for 2 people instead of one. It was just food I ordered on my lunch break !!! Not a feast !!! This is why I choose Buffalo Wild Wings instead their menu is easier and the workers know their menu!!!

Terrible! I usually like Wingstop but THIS location is HORRIBLE! we were served RAW CHICKEN each time we tried them, our orders were always screwed up and management seemed to not give a crap when we complained about the food and service. Go to the Wingstop on harlem by north ave, not Northlake

Eric took my order like a pro and knows the product. On touch with the customers needs. Works efficiently! Just he and his cook this afternoon at 12:30. Back to back orders, phone, online and walk in business and handled it without breaking a sweat!

Food is always good at Wingstop but this particular place has messed up my order 3 times in a row...the next time i went i checked my food before i left and it was messed up again...They fixed it with no problem and offered me a free drink.

Great customer service. Ketchup was empty and the attendant quickly filled it after I informed him. Also I got boneless instead of the traditional I ordered. He let me keep the boneless and rushed an order of traditional wings for me.

Its a shame, this place use to be so good, but now dont waste your time, staff is rude, messes up the orders, waited 45 mins on a pick up order, and they blamed the "rolls" okay. Just go to Winston plaza. Waste of time and money here.

This location has really gone down hill. The food is over cooked and over sauced. The fries are old and they have an occasional screw up of the order. Good luck if you decide to go.
