As I was ordering the lady taking my order sounded beyond rude as if i was getting on her nerves. Very poor customer service . The manager seemed upset because my order was wrong and didnt care that my burger was made sloppy all the condiments were falling off. I will never return. .worst customer experience.. peeped n the window the manager cooking with no gloves. I witness a worker walk in from a smoke broke and started to dump the fries. Im certain she did not wash her hands. Do not go to this location staff is rude and they make their burgers very poorly

Service is slow as hell at the walk up window. The employees ignored me for like 20 minutes and caught an attitude because I knocked to get their attention. They also dont give receipts here, probably so you wont report their piss poor service. My suggestion is spend your money elsewhere.

I have heard some bad things about this establishment, more toward higene related but personally i have not encountered any problems. The food is relatively cheap and many items are beyond good. Not the healthiest but definitely a good fast food place.

I ordered my food, I had 3 drinks came with no ice. I asked for ice then the worker stares at me for 10 seconds complaining about my order in a high pitch tone and shuts the window on me :)

The drive thru is more important than customers who walk up. Three cars ordered after my order was taken. They got theirs and left in still waiting. Poor service for people on foot.

Its hit or miss with this checkers. Sometimes, great service. Other times Im ignored at the speaker. Employees seem nice enough, just move slow. Food always prepared correctly.
