We were looking for American food for a change and thought burgers, yeah how much more American can you get despite the word Hamburg being a location in Germany, but never mind that fact. It was a Sunday evening there were 5 of us we ordered with ease, sat down and patiently awaited our food. We thought it was weird when the table next to us got their food before we did and ordered some of the same items but we were enjoying ourselves so it didnt seem worthy to mention. That is until the server picked up their meals and brought them over to our table. Seriously, werent these meals placed in front of other customers for a few minutes, "they didnt touch them" and that makes it ok? Sure make me the jerk and imply that the other customers contaminated the meals or make the cooks prepare a new round, grrrrrr. We kept the meals and moved on. The food was good, the portions were large, the staff, barring the "incident" was professional. And they have parking.

The place was simply amazing. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. We went on an off time (late afternoon/early evening) so it wasnt busy at all. Im not sure how busy it gets during their meal times, but honestly it should be packed all the time, its that good! We had to wait about as long as you would expect for food that was cooked to order. I got the Savage Burger and chili cheese fries. The burger was seriously one of the best I have had. You could tell that all the ingredients, especially the beef, were high quality. My only recommendation would be that you break the egg yolk before you take a bite. The over easy egg created a fantastic mix of flavors, but when I bit into it, the yolk went all over my hand. I think had I broken it prior to the bite, then it wouldnt have been so explosive. I would go back to this place in a heartbeat if I was in the area again.

Again young coworkers were ranting and raving about this place next to "Busy burger" in the city and I have to say its "Good" but NOT "GREAT". Ordered the "Tocino burger" for early supper after work and its funny because you need the "Bacon" or "Tocino" to enhance the taste of the grass Fed burger which did not excite or delight me. I would come here maybe once in a full moon but this would not be my go to place to do "Cartwheels" for a burger. I have only had 1 burger that is the best but its a person who now lives in Indiana. Some of these young employees from CAD Department in "Quantum Crossings" have poor taste. Equivalent to a "Grain fed" burger taste and quality at "Meatheads" up north by Lane tech which is also "Good" but NOT "GREAT".

I found this place randomly because it appeared on my fb feed one day. The pictures were captivating. My mouth did not stop watering until I dragged my bf down there and bought El Tosino and saw god himself. We both agreed that it was the best burger we had ever tried and for a very reasonable price. I have brought friends and Ive returned a "couple" times. I will mention, one time I went with some friends and we ordered in two groups. My group did not receive the food. I wanted to complain and throw a show because I reminded them like five times. Finally after around 45min since the other group received their food, we got our order. I love this place, but the service was whack that day. Still, the food is amazing and I go to this day.

My best friend and I came here after church today, after reading that they were on the top 10 list of Best Burgers in the Chicagp area. I see why!!!!! We had the burger and wing combo and Id have to say all conversations ceased, my bff started dancing in her seat, and, we just savored the moment as we ate all this deliciousness!!!!! Everything was great, burgers, fries, and wings!!!! The owner took our order, explained the menu selections, brought our food out and talked with us thru our meal. He was engaging, personable, and an absolute delight!!!!! I couldnt have asked for a better burger or wings. He gave us excellent suggestions that was on the money. This will now be our go to place for burgers and wings. We loved it!!!

That was a tasty burger! Wow. Meat to bun ratio was perfect on these 6oz grass-fed beauties cooked perfectly medium as requested. Fries were "real" potatoes hand-cut and not over salted. Yes kids, french fries are made from potatoes! They make no bones about asking you to wait at least 15 minutes for your food to be prepared but when you are cooking with actual food well then thats how long its going to take. If you want food products there are plenty of places serving crap that will get in your face in two minutes. Just not The Burger Point. "Real" food as we were meant to consume it. Fantastic!!

Decent burger but not worth the price tho a little under the average size of a regular size burger sorta doesnt match up on how juicy it sounds on a menu when reading compare to when you eat it needs to be more of a juicy burger but thats my opinion I mean 18 bucks for a burger plus spiral potato on a stick and medium soda you would think youll leave full and a smile not in my case but I will try again just different burger next time and hopefully my experience is better but over all Ill give 3/5 stars sorry but honestly Kumar corner remains king of Chicago for burgers some one prove me wrong lol

Awesome quick-serve burger spot. The meats and cheeses are high quality and these are some creative burgers. I recommend The Dirty South - grass fed hamburger, 5 year old aged cheddar, double smoked bacon and bbq sauce on a pretzel roll. You can get them with fresh made chips or fries - cant go wrong with either. If you chose to dine in, you will generally find seating and its just a no frills atmosphere. Youll eat, talk, hang out for a bit and then leave. Im going to stop writing before I talk myself into going down there. Its a good burger.

so I got home...literally takes an inordinate amount of time to make the burgers and then make them completely wrong. Had to drive all the way back just to get refund...took a long time for them to answer the phone for the complaint (they were likely busy, OK I get it), but they said they would have the next meal on them...sounds nice, but damage was unfortunately done. Refund given in cash at the store. Usually good burgers tho...but dont feel I would come back any time soon.

The Burger Point in Chicago’s South Loop, has some of the best burgers you’ll find anywhere. The beef is grass fed and not frozen. The fries are crisp and flavorful and the chicken wings are pretty amazing too. My favorite though is The Gobbler, the best turkey burger in Chicago. It is perfectly seasoned and topped with cream cheese and cranberry reduction. No need to add ketchup or mustard. And now they have GiGi’s Bake Shop cupcakes for dessert. Perfect!
