This place has great food but at a different location ... This location on 47th and damen is no checkers at all people that work their make it a very ghetto place excuse my words but their rude have really bad attitudes and orders go wrong most of the time .... their timing at drive thru is very horrible i just ordered a baconzilla and i got a regular checkers burger it was not worth my almost 6 dollars for just a sandwich . They really need to get in order and fix their custormer service . One good thing i could say first time i went their was a cashier that was different from them i cant remember her name i think it started with a R or something but by so far was the only one that had a great custormer service and fast. I dont see her no more she probably quit for the same reasons i mention. Sorry hopefully you guys get better.

TERRIBLE service , on top of waiting 20 mins for a drive thru order the food is cold and really bad... really let me down checkers. I was really hoping it was a one time thing but 3 times!! I will not go back a 4th time. Gave them an opportunity three times they striked out ...Management really needs to be changed here, in the meantime Im taking my money back to Burger King. Employees here have to be a little more active.

I was served by a worker named Arreanna in this location. Her attitude was rediculous. I asked about the 4 for 3 and she was very rude in her responses. She got my order wrong and had an attitude when I went back to get the missing food from my order. How can you be upset with me for your mistake?!

The service was bad and the wait is horrible and they got my order wrong. They forgot my soda until I asked them for it. They didnt give me any ketchup. The burger was weird. The only thing that I actually liked were the fries.

Customer service is not great but it kind of got better since they hired new people. They use to mess up my orders after I repeated it two times. Milkshakes are awesome though and so are the chilly fries.

Slow slow service but their fries are absolutely worth it. The best anywhere. The rest of the menu is not very good. Their burgers were awesome back in the days. Good parking and outside seating.
