Let me say I was pretty satisfied with the quality of my burger. I also will say that the salted caramel cream soda float was something to absolutely die for. You cant argue with the prices at all either as they are very reasonable, floating somewhere between a Five Guys and a Burger King price wise. My big beef with this place is after scoping out the menu online and seeing that the Nurse Betty was marketed as a vegetarian sandwich. I had a very angry vegetarian on my hands when it was discovered that their idea of a vegetarian entree is to just give you the same sandwich you would typically get minus the meat as though that is some sort of acceptable compensation. A veggie burger or grilled portabella isnt that hard to pull off.

M Burger is the best fast food option in the loop. Im so happy its close to my office. Get the Nurse Betty for a serious kick in the butt. I love all the jalapenos they add to it. You can choose your heat level and going with the highest is the way to go. They have a few items on their secret menu, such as the farmhouse, which is a burger with all the animals present: pig, cow and chicken! Its a massive monster! Also, try the espresso milkshake!

A couple of my friends have been raving about the burgers here for awhile. I finally had a chance too and am glad that I did. Ive been hoping for a good fast casual burger option in the area and can happily report that Ive found one. Tried out the M Burger itself with fries and it had the full flavor you can expect from a burger that quality ingredients were used and not just what youd get from a fast food joint.

Mmmmm.....M Burger! Great for gluten free folks since they can wrap the burger in lettuce. The fries are great and are gluten free with no risk of cross contamination since there is nothing breaded (like a chicken sandwich or nuggets) going into that fryer. Burgers, grilled chicken, and fries and thats it. Plus...hello milkshakes?! So good!!!

The staff was so warm and friendly. I noticed if they needed something from a team member they used the word "please." They really moved the line quickly and were attentive to their customers needs, Very efficiently run restaurant. Oh, and I enjoyed the food too!

If youre looking for a quick bite then this is your place; however, for the size of the burger and price is the same you can get somewhere else for a whole meal. The M Burger is good nothing special and the fries arent anything special.
